I’m a very honest reviewer this was very good food but the time that I was told was very off me and my mom sitting here for a pretty good bit and we really couldn’t breathe and we didn’t want to go outside because it was really cold but when I say couldn’t breathe it was full of smoke in there like you could visibly see some in the air we could not breathe in my mother had to go to the car and I waited to get the food very good food by the way but not good when cold would not save this eat it while hot

This place has decent pizza, but charging for WATER which should be a basic human right is insane. Their reasoning is they have to pay for the cup, which is great. Cost of doing business. Absolutely insane to tax people for a cup for water when you pay 50+ dollars for pizza, appetizer and 5 other paid drinks. I’m not some bum walking off the street, I’m a paying customer.

We stopped at Fox’s Den Pizza this past weekend on our way back home to Amite County.
When we arrived there were no other customers there. We ordered a large meat pizza to eat there, paid for it, and chose a table to sit at. It wasn’t long before I was freezing and my husband, who is always hot, agreed with me.
Prices were very reasonable and in par with other chain pizza places. Our large meat pizza was $17.99, if I remember correctly.
Our pizza was ready and served within 15 minutes of ordering and looked delicious. I asked the young lady if they could please adjust the temperature in the dining room, as it was cold enough for a winter coat in the summer. She said, “Certainly,” and disappeared.
The pizza had meat toppings of ham, Italian sausage, pepperoni, and bacon. It had a great flavor, although a bit on the greasy side. I was more disappointed in how fast the pizza got cold in the blizzard conditions versus the pizza flavor/greasiness.
Fox’s has several television sets on the wall to keep guests entertained while they wait for their food and eat. We watched a collegiate football game on our visit.
Fox’s Pizza Den could stand some improvement in cleanliness, as most of the tables appeared not to have been wiped down from previous customers. The restrooms were neat and cleaner than most. A+ in that area.
As we were leaving, several other customers were in line to order pizzas.
Overall, I give Foxe’s Puzza Den in Columbia, MS 3.5 stars. Just a few adjustments would really make this a great pizza parlor

The pizza was nothing like what we ordered. We got a large meatball grinder that was 5 in wide of nothing, but bread had 1″ hard meatballs and lots of sauce barely any cheese soggy bread.

We came in and ordered our food. Food was served one plate at a time about 10 minutes apart. Could not understand server when she was telling us what it was as we ordered 3 different storms and two sandwiches. Extremely disappointed as I have heard good things. Won’t be back.

When this location first opened in Columbia I wasn’t impressed with the food. Over the past couple of years eating here after soccer games and ordering different things for take out I have changed my opinion.
The food quality has improved significantly and I honestly can’t say I’ve had any issues with customer service. The workers have always been polite and greeted us as we came through the door. I highly recommend this place for to go orders or sitting down with family and enjoying one of their many options to choose from.

The pizza is ok. It’s a bit overpriced, especially for the Columbia area. I actually purchased a similar selection from Papa John’s last week that tasted MUCH better for less money. Unfortunately, Papa John’s isn’t always convenient. However, the young lady working the register was very courteous and friendly.

Very very disappointed on my second trip….I came here when I got into town and ordered a pizza. I enjoyed it. Tonight I ordered the 12 piece wings and a large hoagie. I got pretty much a salad sandwich and when I asked the girl why there was no meat she says, ” I don’t know they have a scoop they use…..” I went home n pulled every piece of meat I could get off n it was literally less than 1 oz. Sir you will lose business. The wings, I liked the taste of i could get past the cold. They were not only cold on the outside but cold cold inside. They look closed all the time as well. Not sure I’ll be back. Oh n I forgot. I sat down n my phone dinged with my transaction n I don’t know why I looked but I did a custom tip amount, they gave themselves 4x the tip I put in. Like literally 4x….. I asked if the Thursday night game was on n the girl told me she didn’t know and didn’t know how to work the TV’s. How do you work at a place with 4-6 TV’s and not know how to change the channels or maybe ask someone?

I ordered a big daddy the other day and when I picked it up it wasn’t what I ordered the lady who handed my order was so unprofessional!!!! I knew it was her who I spoke to on phone .She didn’t make me another one it was a meat one and she had so many veggies on it plus it was not cooked all the way I didn’t catch her name ,but she had long blonde hair .

Have had many good fox’s pizza in hattiesburg, when they were here. Usually the big daddy(not offered anymore). Most tasteless pizza ever. Waste of $30. +. Had to toss. I never toss food. Don’t know what happened? How do you ruin pizza? Won’t be back.
