I had to leave a review because the service here was incredible. The only person working when I came in was Carlos, and he absolutely crushed it. Even while handling everything by himself, he kept a great attitude, stayed friendly with every customer, and made the whole place feel welcoming.
Carlos creates an atmosphere that’s honestly unmatched. You can tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he’s doing. The food was great, the service was fast, and the positive energy he brings really stands out.
Mochinut is lucky to have someone like Carlos on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Don’t bother coming to this location. I walked in to a group of folks just standing and chatting behind the counter. There were no customers there. No one greeted me and they continued on with their explicit conversations, multiple curse words and gossip said aloud with no regard to customers. I placed my order at 2:56pm (got the text confirmation) and waited for around 15 minutes, which was a bit long for 2 corn dogs and being the only customer. I heard a few people say while making my corn dog “why does it look like that? It’s not supposed to look like that”
A gentleman came to me and told me my corn dogs looked deformed. He asked if I was okay with that but did not offer to remake or find a solution. I assumed there would be no change and I wanted to get out of there at this point.
The group of employees gathered around the fryers and I heard a few women say the batter looks watery. “Did you make this today?”
One of the men replied and said “no this is from yesterday”
This was not comforting to hear as a customer. How old is this batter? Do you regularly sell old batter to customers and don’t offer to fix the problem?
After waiting awhile, I saw the group of people go to the back with my corn dogs. No updates given to me and no one in sight in the kitchen. Why did it take 4+ people to wrap the corn dogs?
I was hoping to do an online review and post photos/ videos but these are the worst looking corn dogs I’ve ever had. Not to mention what a bad experience. Disappointed in Mochinut. I won’t be coming back here.
To make matters worse, I tried to call the store a few times to voice my concerns and the calls went straight to voicemail. Is this how you manage your store?
I’ve always loved Mochinut and held them to a higher standard but will now look elsewhere. I don’t recommend this location and have spread the word to avoid the Bothell Mochinut.

I had such a great experience at Mochinut today around 6pm! The employees working then are honestly the best. The young woman at the counter was so sweet and welcoming, and the gentleman working with her was incredibly helpful and quick. They were both amazing with my kid—so friendly and engaging, which made the visit even better.
I was honestly surprised after seeing some of the other reviews, because my experience couldn’t have been more positive. The service was fast, kind, and thoughtful, and I left really impressed. Definitely coming back thanks to the awesome team working that shift!

The new management is incredibly friendly and provides excellent, welcoming service that truly makes the experience enjoyable. We had the chance to try several different flavors, and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, my kids loved them.
It’s wonderful to see such positive energy and quality being brought to the place. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re nearby, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again soon to try more!

I’ve never visited the shop in person, but I’ve ordered through a food delivery app, and I absolutely love their mochi donuts! They’re perfectly chewy and not overly sweet—just right. The 3-donut box is the perfect weekend treat. I’ve ordered a couple of times and enjoy that they change the flavors from time to time.
