this place can’t make an order correct to save their lives. The cook simply just makes sandwich’s how he/she likes. Very simple order… 1) egg and cheese on a plain bagel 2) Pork roll and cheese NO EGG on an everything. This store has succesfulled screwed this very simple order up the last & out of 10 times I have been here. 4 Straight times. I even had the girl on the phone repeat the order back completely correct and they still manage to screw it up.

If I could give no stars I would. I came in yesterday, workers made me feel highly uncomfortable and was racially profiling me that was noticeably different compared to other patrons within the cafe. Poor customer service when I thanked the workers, they actively turned their back and stood with their back turned until I walked away from the counter, never acknowledging me on two occasions. Workers have attitudes when dealing with people of color rather than providing the same level of good customer service to non-minorities. Avoid here if you can because they do not seem to be interested in learning of cultural competency per other reviews made by folks of color.

What a lovely coffee shop in a super cute town we were passing through for work. The bacon, egg, and cheese crossaint sandwich we got was delicious, and the iced lavender oatmilk cold brew I got was delicious. The staff was helpful, and the order was ready very quickly. I wish we had time to sit and enjoy, but I would definitely recommend it.

Cashier forgot my apple muffin. I had to remind her. My muffin has a sticker that says Saturday. Today is Tuesday. It tastes it’s age and that is was disappointing waste of four dollars. Yuk. Only saving grace was my cappuccino. It was good.

The coffee tasted more like tea than coffee, which was disappointing. They advertise a variety of breakfast sandwiches, but when I got there they only had individual slices of bread available for them. Overall, it didn’t live up to what was advertised.

The first time I decide to visit, it WOULD be during the Memorial Day Parade! SMH. Which also was an awesome first time experience! I came for coffee but thought I’d try one of their Spring special ” Honey Lavender White Mocha hot drink with a lemon loaf. Reasonable wait considering. Tables outside as well as in. Fake fireplace in the child area which had comfy lounge chairs in case the kids get a little antsy. ( think Starbucks but kid friendly, didn’t see any peculiar looking fellows on laptops. If you catch my drift. ). I does have a drive thru however hence the parade happening only people filled the lane. Lol. I live a good 10 blocks away so for me it was an ideal place to burn some calories walking. F.Y.I there is on site parking available. Super nice like a hot rod cruiser!

I found Locals to be a very cozy shop! The restrooms were well maintained and the staff were very nice to talk to. They took my 4 person order easily and handed everything to me in a coffee holder. I loved that there’s a fire place and board games in the seating area. It was so cozy to sit in shop on a rainy day playing board games and drinking our hot coffee! The merch also looked high quality. I didn’t purchase any this time but as I become a regular, I am sure I will buy something!

Pork roll was not cooked well, basically just warmed up. Cheese not melted. Incorrect meat on second sandwich.
On par with a wawa sizzli. Egg/meat/cheese to bread ratio made me sad 🙁

The chocolate chip scone was delicious. Drip dark roast coffee was a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. I had to ask for my coffee after seeing plenty of customers receive theirs after I ordered. I was told mine got lost between all the other orders.

I’ve come here a few times just to grab a coffee, although on my last visit. I saw their summer drink specials which looked really good. I ordered the cinnamon spiced shaken espresso for my husband which was really good. I also grabbed a pumpernickel bagel which I don’t see very often and is by far my favorite type of bread. The bagel and coffee were so good I don’t know if I can go anywhere else for coffee. I will come back to try some of their other breakfast sandwiches which sounded really good.
The staff was also really friendly and the atmosphere in the coffee shop is very friendly and very cozy. I can’t wait to come back.
