I called in a simple order for pick up at about 915 pm, arrived at 930. There was a mix up over the phone and the bread i ordered was not on my receipt, I was told it would be a 15 minute wait in which i was understanding and apologized for the misunderstanding given they close at 10pm. The girl Mya (who my entire interaction has been with) said nothing, cashed me out and again said it would be 15 minutes. I smiled and said “thank you i’ll just wait in my car” while placing $4 in the jar, Ms Mya then walks away without a word. No thank you, nothing. I wanted to reach in and grab the money right back out, but instead walked away hoping the tips were split equally between all team members tonight. Because this girl alone sure didn’t deserve it. Rude.. first time having a bad experience at this place though. Love the food always, just wanted to share my unfortunate experience )):

I’m lactose intolerant. I’m from NY and I’m Italian. I LOVED pizza before my symptoms got worse, and for the last few months I’ve been dying for some pizza. I called Jets Tecumseh up tonight and asked if they did dairy free pizza, and they were thrilled to inform me that I didn’t have to get cheese put on it. They didn’t sound annoyed they sounded excited to be able to get me pizza. I ordered 3 and they threw in an extra slice to my surprise (photo only has 3) awesome service, and thankful for you guys. I’ve been under a lot of stress between being a boss myself, buying a house, and having 3 kids. To others this may seem like something small, but for an Italian from NY this meant so much to me. You guys are awesome.

Unreal ordered 4 items on a lrg with a turbo crust paid the price for 4 items and When pizza came it was wrong, so I called back and talking to a so called supervisor He said that I paid for a 3 item pizza which would of been ok had i paid for a 3 item lrg deep pizza…..he totaled up a 3 item pizza plus deliverary and it was still almost 2.dollars different than what i was charged. I would not have even said anything other than that. But he want to dispute the in accuracy s like the customer is always wrong…smh….but I will give credit where credit is due…it got hear to my house in good time….I hope he gave the driver the 2 dollars along with the 5 I gave him because he deserved it …smh done with Jets

We ordered a pizza on 9-2-25 from Tecumseh Jets it was going to be delivered, 2 hours later I called, they said that my order was canceled because nobody from doordash picked it up ,without notification, very poor service, I should receive a free pizza. I will give them a zero rating, once again poor customer service.

If I could give this so called establishment/restaurant Zero Stars, I would. Jets has to be the most poorly managed business with the most incompetent employees employed. Ordered 2 calzones a pepperoni and a veggie. The pepperoni had almost no meat at all, and the veggie was mostly iceberg lettuce. And to make matters worse both had the bottoms of the of the sandwich burned! It was a reminder to not buy from Jets, but to continue to purchase all pizzas and subs from Marcos. We recently lost Wendy’s and it is so unfortunate that Wendy’s closed when Jets Pizza is the business that should have been shut down for having the worst food and customer service.

Ordered pizza on line at 3:00 pm for a 5:30 pm pick up. Got there at 5:25 pm and was told my pizza is just coming out of the oven. 15 minutes later I was told they’ll check on my order. 5:50 pm I was told there was a mix up. I’ll get my pizza shortly as they were just making it. At 6:10 they brought my pizza out
I think they should have offered me a free pizza next time. They it’s not going to happen.
Another customer said he was tired of waiting and asked for his money back.
If I order another pizza from this Tecumseh dealer, I will not prepay again so I’ll have the option of walking out. Nor will I tip again when I pick up my pizza.
I’ll go back to Marco’s
