What a huge disappointment. We are visiting for a few days and for the past two days have had an awesome sandwich from Jersey Mikes next door. Today, big, huge, massive mistake I went next door to Tropical Smoothie and ordered 3 x egg, cheese and sausage, Dilas, which they advertise as shown in picture 1. What we received was a tasteless 3/4 of an empty tortilla with a sample of egg and sausage and perhaps a sprinkle of cheese. $17 for 3. For this price I could have had a foot long Jersey Mikes sub with all the trimmings. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a rip off. If you want food and not empty tortillas – go next door to Jersey Mikes sub

Out of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Orlando, you guys suck so bad. Rude service. Cashier on phone the whole time. Smoothies have zero flavor. All ice and water. How do you manage to do that? Cant even imagine the food quality. Literally every other Tropical Smoothie ive been to is better quality. Honestly you guys are lucky with your location or you’d be closed. Do better.

My buffalo chicken wrap was yummy, but my Paradise Point smoothie was all ice and barely any fruit flavor or sweetener. It was very bland. My friend got the Beach Bum smoothie and she said the same thing. Very disappointed.
