So, your day of driving doesn’t go as planned… You didn’t make it home like you expect and work puts you in a hotel next to an Arby’s – what a predicament…
Now, most would go for meats – I went for sweets and was not disappointed. Chocolate milkshake, cherry turnover (which was very big in my opinion), and mozzarella sticks (alright, so not everything I ordered was sweet).
Food was great, no wait when I was there, employees were very nice!

Very nice restaurant I usually stop in every time I’m in the area and I always get quick service and the meals are always great. You can’t go wrong with any meal you buy there and I myself recommend the burgers. I wish they’d have a location near where I live.

When we got here we are in. There was a poor older lady waiting at the counter for her food. We waited for nearly 10 minutes for them to even ask us if we have been helped. They were too busy talking in the back to even pay attention to who walked through the door. We had to ask again for sauces and napkins. This place is very dirty as my pictures will show. I def. Did not ring the bell.

This Arby’s gave what might be the worst fast food sandwich of any franchise name I’ve ever eaten in the past 40 years. The meat was dry and old, the amount of meat was puny, the bun was tasteless, and this sandwich was severely overpriced. The two guys working the counter were both unkempt and unhygienic (am being nice here) and the woman slicing the meat wasn’t any better. This restaurant rates a 0 star.

Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Just got two gyros with almost no meat, barely any lettuce, one half of a ring of onion, little to no sauce!!! Also ordered a large fry and it was the crumbs from all day. The grease on what there was tasted weeks old. The bread was the only decent thing!!! It had maybe a tenth of the meat as on the add on TV. Whoever is managing this place now is either trying to get rich short changing the orders and serving curly fries that should have been thrown out hours ago! Cross Lanes, Huntington and Hurricane all have excellent food. It’s just a shame all Arby’s don’t have to live up to Arby’s standards and can do as they wish at their store! I will NEVER EVER waste my hard earned money there again!! I’ll call the corporate office tomorrow in hopes they address the situation for those living close to the Teays Valley Store!

Cashier decided to take a cigarette break when we ordered. They didn’t drop food until she came back. Waited 15 minutes for food. Cook just stood there like he didn’t know what to do. Absolutely horrible. And did I mention it was cash only.

Hmm… I didn’t take any pictures of this Arby’s because I just wanted to make it a very quick in and out.
When I walked in no one was at the counter and I had to wait a few minutes before anyone realized I was standing there.
Once I was acknowledged however, it was smooth sailing from there on. Gavin was open, friendly and more than helpful when taking my order. I especially liked being able to see the meat being freshly sliced in the back!!!
I love the original Greek Gyros and they did a great job of evenly spreading the meat, and also in my beef & cheddar ! All in all a good visit!

START HELPING NEW HIRES! Especially, when they ask questions! Quit catering to drive thru. Shame on those NOT helping!

I’ve eaten here twice and both times the meat tasted off, like it’s burnt. The roast beef is somehow full of holes, and tastes like rubber. I asked for napkins since there were none in the lobby, and a lady smartly said there’s some in the bag, and there were 3 for both my mom and I. Not a clean establishment. The whole time I was there, a worker had nothing nice to say to any customer or coworker of hers. The buffalo chicken slider tasted old, and was completely soaked in sauce rather than just covered. I’ve never written a bad review, but this establishment deserves one. Shout out to the people who work there who actually are kind and levelheaded.

This is the second or third time we’ve gone and the kids meals did not have the toy in it. I wouldn’t say it matters but to a kiddo, it does. This time I was also highly unimpressed with my buffalo wrap. They didn’t cut it all the way through and there was barely any chicken at all in it. I unwrapped it and ate it with a fork too because it was soooo soggy. The woman taking the order in drive thru was rude and after every thing I said she would say “do you want anything else?” with a short tone. The only thing I’ll say is that the food was warm and served quick. The Mac and cheese bites are gross but that’s not specific to this location.
