I just wanted to say that I had a problem with another Domino’s trying to set up a going-away party for a trusted employee I could not get one of the stores to answer the phone recently been sidelined by surgery myself I was so blessed to reach a manager in Irving on beltline road named Jesse he’s probably going to ask and he didn’t have to he found the Domino’s that would be able to deliver I have been calling for a couple of days and never got an answer he called his general manager after he couldn’t reach him either and they made it happen they didn’t even get the sale the other place did and I was just thinking to myself wow that’s customer service to the extreme so I just wanted to give a shout out and let everybody know how the manager named Jesse on beltline road save the Day! That was a great godly thing to do and I appreciate it

Shoulda read the reviews before I ordered. Order was marked delivered a whole 30 minutes before I got it. Called for the manager to tell me bro left my pizza at the shop and had to turn around and get it. Open the pizza box and it looks like they tried to cut it with their hands…just mangled. If I had to give a positive, least it’s still hot.

There must have been a management change or something. They loaded the pizza with so much Alfredo sauce that the pizza fell apart. What’s the point of the courses to learn proper portion. They need to stop smoking in the back and pay attention.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with this location. Last night I ordered a simple pizza, nothing extra. I was quoted a reasonable 18-29 minute wait, and around the 30 minute mark my order was marked as delivered, but there was no pizza on my porch. I called the store and got a very rude employee who stated that they just left their store with my pizza and it would be at my house soon. I waited for quite a while wondering how long does it take to drive down the street. The tracker wasn’t showing the drivers location, so I wasn’t sure how close they were. So after waiting for a long while I called back up at the store and was informed by the rude employee that their manager cancelled my order. They wouldn’t tell me why, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager who although wasn’t outright rude like his employee, they weren’t the slightest bit friendly or apologetic. They also wouldn’t give me a reason as to why they suddenly cancelled my order. They did offer to remake the pizza and deliver it to us, which is fine despite everything that had happened. So I waited a bit more until finally I got my pizza. Almost two hours from when I initially placed my order is a bit ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and I’ll definitely not be going back again. I’ve reached out to corporate and filed a complaint, so let’s see how this goes.

Order finally left the store at 4:40pm. Yes over an hour sitting at the store.
Delivered 5:23pm, 2 hours and 13 minutes later. One can only imagine how cold and stale it was. Worst Dominos I’ve ever used.

Garlic sauce & Alfredo sauce taste salty.
Recommend go light option for sauce, cheese, NO to Garlic Oil! These two pizzas are oily. The preparer must have oiled the pan to keep them from sticking.
Estimated order time 18 mins but pizzas were ready in 15 mins.
I asked one inside worker, he told me there is only 1 driver and 3 inside workers on that Saturday night. This may contributed to bad review.
The store owner needs to enroll in the $15 minimum wage club…welcome to 2021.
9/5/21: Domino’s website only has this store available for in-store carryout, the rest stores are contactless….again.
To add more life expectancy for yourself, I recommend no more than 1 pizza order per month.
