We have a food truck permanently parked in Richland at the Ace-Griggs Food Truck Hub and multiple hot dog carts that we use for public events, private events and catering. Een wanting to try them for awhile now, drove an hour to to try it, absolutely did not disappoint! The Dogs were delicious, the waffle fries were great and the fry sauce was better than most, will definitely be making another trip! Oh and the coolest thing.. they have a donation board so you can pay for meals for someone in need, so awesome!

Ordered the Maple Bacon and Emerald City Dog. Holy flavor! The Maple Bacon was like an explosion in my mouth of perfectly balanced flavor. The arugula was the right touch to cut through the richness. Waffle fries were on point too. Will order again.

Stood at the window to order for 10 minutes, no one said a word to me. I understand working on orders but some customer service skills would go a long way. The guy and lady working both looked out the window right at me and couldn’t even say “Hi, be right with you”

We arrived and the guy who took our order seemed really upset. I felt bad. It looked super stressful in there. I don’t think he wanted us to order. Lol
Apart from that, we got our food in about 20 minutes and he even brought it out to us. Not bad.
The food itself……food was served hot and fresh and my god…very delicious. My bf got a regular smash burger and it reminds me of a whopper. We will have to try a specialty one next time. But still very good.
My daughter got chili cheese fries and they were delicious the cheese was extremely melted and stretchy while the chili was super savory.
I got a Bernie Mac dog. The Mac and cheese and bacon….mmmmmmmmmm. spot on. The only thing I didn’t like was how the dog itself was cooked. I felt it wasn’t crisp enough if that makes sense..? I
Like I like a tougher dog. This one was a smidgen soft to me. But still delicious and I’m probably a weirdo for liking my dogs tough. Idk.
Overall, we will be back. Food was good af. The atmosphere, the only thing I would suggest is another garbage can and a hand washing station.

Come hungry, leave satisfied. One of the best food trucks for gourmet style food. Usually, there is a dish or to say is a favorite, not here. Its the whole menu. Stop by and pick up a great meal fornthe family or yourself.

We ordered the thanksgiving meal. It was all I could do not to eat it the night I pick it up. It smelled divine. Let me tell you the taste was even better. This was the most tender turkey I’ve ever had. I may never cook Thanksgiving dinner again. Wondering what they are doing for Christmas.

We ordered our thanksgiving dinner from them and it was fantastic. The turkey was moist and well seasoned, and the sides were flavorful. The rolls were light and fluffy, with a whipped butter to add. They also gave us a sheet with cooking information that was super helpful.

Wanted to try out the hot dogs I heard all about . I decided to try the Bernie Mac , great name. The Mac and cheese was delish as well as the sausage . I think I should have tried them separated . I liked their waffle fries as well. My friend tried the maple bacon dog, said she would share it next time .

March 16, update if you never had the Bernie Mac dog this one’s for all the comfort food in the world and this might have to be my best. It is so good and if you like macaroni and cheese you will love this one Update Feb 2023 If you have not tried the new spinach artichoke mac and cheese with chicken you need to try this. The flavor carries all the way through. They should leave the chicken off. Because this thing carries its own weight. It will be my go-to when I want macaroni and cheese. Update today they had a special for St Patrick’s Day. They had a Irish hamburger this should be on the menu full time. I was skeptical because I don’t like to eat things I don’t know about but it was actually so good the flavors mixed so well. This is the place to go if you’re wanting a hot dog or a hamburger give them a try can’t go wrong they are like a street hot dog fender but in a food truck and they have all kinds of different kinds going on condiments you name it you can probably have it made there
