We normally come to this Jersey Mike’s because they have great service and great food. We came today and two new people were working they were nice . we were the only people in the store so I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and one guy started working on it. I told him I wanted my bread toasted he said we always do that. As he was working on my sandwich someone he knew came in. He left my sandwich on the grill and went to make her tuna sandwich even though the other associate could have done it. After he was done with her tuna sandwich, he went back to my Philly cheese steak on the grill. He took my role and just set it on the grill on the outside of the bun and flipped it over on the other outside of the bun, so the inside of the bread didn’t get grilled at all, which is what I asked for. The meat was overcooked because he left it on the grill while we made the other sandwich for his friend. I didn’t even finish my sandwich that’s how bad it was.

My teams favorite jersey mikes location! The GM, Allura is super personable. She makes the subs herself, reaching out to the community and offering overall really great service. Great experience at this Jersey Mikes. I ordered my sandwich to-go and it was ready at the correct time. Quality of meat and taste of overall sandwich was really good. Inside and outside seating available. Inside of restaurant was very clean. Prices are a little higher than other comparable sandwich shops. Overall though, great spot to grab a quick bit to eat.

I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s for a long time, but unfortunately the quality of the sandwiches has gone downhill. The ingredients and overall taste are just not the same as they used to be. What was once a consistently good experience now feels disappointing. I really hope they can get back to the quality that made them stand out in the first place.

We stopped here on the way home from Greenville, SC, since it was on the road back to where we needed to go. We had a gift card so we used some of the gift card to pay for a giant sub and a regular fountain drink. The person who helped us was super nice! We ordered a giant Jersey Shore’s Favorite, which comes with provolone, ham, and cappacuolo. We got it Mike’s Way. When the person asked us which bread we’d like, I said white, and then remembered they had a rosemary parmesan bread, so I asked if we could have that. They informed me that they did not have that in stock, and I was like “That’s okay, let’s do the white bread then.” They made our sandwich quickly, and then at the end gave us a 15% discount for the inconvenience of not having the rosemary parmesan bread. I was surprised by this but it was a very nice surprise. We really appreciated that worker! I then asked if the tips go directly to the worker, and they said yes, so I did a decent tip on the sandwich since some of the cost was offset by the gift card. We had a really nice experience here, and the workers were so nice. The food was absolutely amazing as usual!

We love Jersey Mike’s when this location gets the order right. 2 times in a month our order hasn’t been right. We asked for extra meat and clearly there wasn’t. The shift lead on the 1st mishap made good by remaking them another night for us, free of charge. I was able to call and speak to him. With this current situation, I wasn’t able to call as their phone was down or something. I came into the store with our subs and asked for a remake. The guy that had been on the grill was obviously not happy. I’ve been in his position. ALWAYS READ THE TICKETS. Our order was remade….without an apology.

Hi guys, if you are walking around Greenville and you want fast food and at a good price then this Jersey Mike’s sub is a very good option.
This place was very clean!!! The service was GREAT and our Sub was hot and fresh. Great location right downtown.

We got #31 California Chicken Cheese Steak (Giant) it comes with Lettuce, tomato, mayo, and white American cheese and one sandwich was enough for me and my boyfriend.

We spend $18 in total.

Great place people are very clean. Very nice very friendly welcoming smiles. Great I just love this place. The subs are a little pricey, but I’d rather go here to get my subs then anywhere else thank you guys for your great experience. Love you guys and keep up the good work.

The team they have, consisting of three women from what I saw, worked like a well oiled machine. They pumped out subs fast, well made and with kindness during the process. I will absolutely be back to this location! Working at CFA in the past gives me the ability to spot an A-Team when I see one. Keep up the great work!
