Honestly you need to stop here. Not only is Desert Smoothie the cutest food truck ever, the smoothies are truly outstanding. I’d consider it a must on your way to Zion Park, and maybe again at the end of the day… we LOVED the service and positive thinking “2027 best smoothie”. I’m pretty sure they should already be 2025 best smoothie. Also, the “door” is the front hatch. I mean come on…how cute!!!

The level of heart put into this place is unreal. The smoothies are the freshest/cleanest ingredients around. The owner is a 10/10 guy! Can’t recommend this place enough! We’ve tried it 4 times and can’t pick a favorite smoothie because they all taste so amazing!

Currently they’re parked on the road on the way into Zion, across from the trading post in Virgin. They were super friendly and nice, made a great smoothie, and gave us some great recommendations about things to do. The prickly pear smoothie is really great.

Oh my goodness this is guaranteed the best smoothie you’ve had in your life. I don’t know what he does to them!! The Lions Mane one…incredible. You can’t go wrong with any of them though. Plus, it’s always a nice chat with Nick or whoever is working. I’m addicted!!
