This was my first time eating here, and it was a solid experience overall. The dining area is a bit small, but since it wasn’t busy when I went around 3 p.m. for a late lunch or early dinner, it didn’t feel crowded. The food was good and comparable to similar spots, not over the top but definitely satisfying. The seasoning was well balanced, and the menu has some interesting options I’d like to try next time. I ordered the taco salad with grilled chicken. The mango habanero salsa could have used a bit more heat for my taste, though the pickled jalapeños were excellent. It’s an affordable and reliable choice, very much on par with Moe’s, Chipotle, or QDOBA, and I would recommend it.

Not a first timer at ANY Bubbakoos location, but first time at this one. Disappointed they took away wings and other items on the menu. Food was basic. Nothing to brag about. Need the sauces for sure. Staff on their phones, no smiles. . most times and seem less customer oriented. Not all staff understood English. Over charged for sauce after spending $70 However no problem! Birria sauce too commercial, not tasty. Try it out for yourself but there are better options locally.

Yesterday was my first time at this restaurant. I downloaded the app to get $5 off my entrée, but unfortunately I got an error and the $5 was not taken off. Anyway, I ordered via the app, but when I got inside I realized that there are way more options then what the app shows. So I recommend you going inside to order. I got a grilled chicken quesadilla and added fajita veggies, fries, and a bottled drink. The quesadilla was tasty, however it was nearly all onions with a few sprinkles of tiny chicken crumbles. Disappointing! Also, I saw the guy (Resham) complete my order, yet he kept making other food while my order was sitting off to the side. I asked him if I could get my food, since I had been standing there waiting, and he ignored me and kept completing other orders while my food sat there. If I hadn’t had paid already, I would have walked out and left the food. Customer service training is needed.

I’ve had delivery twice and both experiences were pleasant. Simple online menu, decent prices, and fast service. Not really a burrito person but the food portions fills and hits the spot. Delivery status is constantly updated and efficient. I’ve been slowly working my way through the menu and so far no misses.

We have become addicted. It’s my wife’s favorite taco salad, my favorite birria tacos. And you have to try the boardwalk cookies and churros. There hasn’t been a dish we tried yet that we didn’t like.

My boyfriend swears by this place. Orders the same thing every time, however I always struggle finding something on the menu I really like. He gets the birria soft shell tacos, and this time around I ordered the Philly steak burrito. He rates his tacos 10/10 (per usual). I give my burrito a 3/10 not a fan. Took me 5 bites to reach the fajitas and cheese.. guess I’ll keep trying until I find something I actually like.. btw this is my fourth time trying something off the menu. I would also like to add that the staff is always friendly and helpful, the restaurant is always clean , there are lots of dine in seating, as well as lots free parking!

This was an excellent lunch choice .. we asked the young lady to wear a hairnet while making our food . Her hair was super long and actually was touching the counter where the food was being made .,she stated she didn’t have one
While eating my taco salad I found a piece of hair as I was finishing it baked into the shell . When I mentioned this . They didn’t even apologize just looked and kept moving . The food was excellent up until that moment.

I was excited to try this place. From the looks of the reviews it sound promising. Maybe I came in on an off day but the food was cold and not edible.
I ordered the burrito bowl with grilled chicken. The chicken was flavorless and cold. The rice was mushy and over cooked and the topping made the bowl even cooler. It’s a shame because i really wanted to like this place. I loved the uniqueness of it but its a no for me right now.
Maybe i will give it another try but I won’t be rushing back. I will stick with Chipotle for now.

I informed the worker that it was my first time coming in. He rushed me without any helpful tips that I was requesting.
Ended up with a grilled chicken bowl, with everything I chose was extra fee.
