“Subway, Eat Fresh”….. All of their tomato’s and some of their lettuce looked bad. Not fresh at all this is seriously concerning and i felt terrible after already eating most of it so thanks for that subway. Get your employees and your food standards in check this is insane

Today is the fourth time that I visit this subway and ask for a Tuna Salad with Cheddar Cheese. They have always answered that they don”t have Chedar cheese and explain the reasons. But today It was the straw that broke the camel’s back. They said they didnt have Cheddar. However, the cheese could be seen hidden in the cheese tray and when I showed it to them, they said ithat cheddar was for the next morning.

I place an order on doordash came to pick it up the manager would not make it she called me a liar did not make the sandwich she did not give me the time of day I showed her a proof of the order she made me cancel the order and redo it because her system wasn’t working very rude and obnoxious

The guy that works at this Subway didn’t what to sell me a churro because there was none, he was mad because I asked him if there was someone else to help me because he was looking at a cell phone for awhile and he didn’t acknowledge me that I was waiting. Very unprofessional. My friend put an order for churro and it was approved, so the guy that works there told me there was none , he lied.

To the owner: What time do you close? The door says 10:00 p.m. I arrived at 9:37 p.m. tonight, wednesday, August 31, and as I walked up I can see a guy in there and 2 white garbage bags right inside the front door like they are closed. I checked the door and it was locked. The guy didn’t look this way. I have been there at the same time in the past few months and it was open. I called the store and no answer and I don’t see a phone # on the door to call a manager, so I’m writing this here. I then look at the maps application on my cell and it says you close at 9:00 p.m. did you change your hours recently? Because if you did, please change it on the door. Another thing, there were two ladies working around mid July that when I got there at 9:40 pm they had the door locked and we knocked as we could see them. They opened it and said some reason and at 9:50 when they charged me they said I couldn’t eat in there because it was too late and that I might not be done eating by 10 pm….There used to be a nice man that when I came in at 9:40 told me to take my time because he had to work past 10 anyways. Also, consider making the employees wear a mask so that they don’t talk over the food so much. Today the guy, with no mask, talked over my sandwich very close to it while reaching to the back of the vegetables, this talking inches over the vegetables, and was there a while. I wonder how often he does that. Also, if I tell you what I want on the sandwich, why do you repeat what I say each time and ask me again like you weren’t listening. I said I wanted it toasted to avoid being asked and he asked. I think he suspected I didn’t want him to talk over it because I said something to my boyfriend and then it seemed he talked more. Every little thing..he asked and would reply yes after stating what vegetable to put.

There is a bald man working there that does not manners and is very rude. Was telling me how and can not have my sandwich. Prepared it awful and roll his eyes. The lady that was there threw my sandwich . What HORRIBLE service. People like that should not work there. Never will I visit this subway again.
