Usually it’s a 50/50 chance on it being good but the last 3 orders have been disappointing to the point I’m going to leave a review. I’ll just post a picture of what I ordered vs what I actually got and I’ll let you be the judge. Disgusting.

Waited forever and gave benefit of the doubt and tried to order again and it was straight trash. An over abundance of sauce hardly any cheese and when they cut it all the toppings were pulled off. Just trash trash trash.

I know this is not this stores fault but still as a company you guys should show if a product has any allergic ingredients, my wife got the lava cakes and she is allergic to coconut. She had a very bad allergic reaction after eating them today 10-6-25. We looked up the ingredients to the fudge cream afterwards and the third ingredient is hydrogenated coconut oil. Please do better

Website said quality check at 237pm. Pizza showed at 335pm cold and cheese wasn’t fully melted. Scheduled the delivery for 3pm. Complete failure all the way around. Called the store and had to explain my issue three times.

We have placed delivery orders from the Paradise (Abq) location and our order has had a problem 3 out of 3 times. Before I can even make a complaint, I get an email saying I get a free pizza because the order was not what it should have been.

Yesterday 9-17-25 we went to take our daughter to get boba tea next door but we were barely able to get in as a Domino’s delivery truck was in the parking lot taking up all the space which all delivers should be in the back of the store or restaurant not the front it’s not like they don’t have one because they do we’ve checked. Next time be more considerat to yours and others customers.

They dropped my order off at the wrong house. I called and complained and they brought me a new order. It was really nice of them to do so. It’s not the right pizza. I ordered a cheese stuffed crust pizza and got a pepperoni pizza instead.

Asked delivery be placed on bench, instead put on ground . Common sense says not to put food, unwrapped on ground, lucky I was able to get it early. Sad, order was 110 dollars plus 15 dollar tip.

Our store was 90 days accident free which means we earned pizza for all of our. I called ahead and placed an order and they came at different times and delivered it right on time very friendly service.

It’s the second time I’ve asked for napkins, and both times the same employee told me they didn’t have any. After I left the store, I noticed they laughed at me. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
