My husband ordered through the website, entered bank info, and it said it had an error. He tried again, and same error. His card was charged twice, and Subway said they had no order. He asked how to get refunded and was told it was a Google issue or something. The corporate number they gave was an AI system. No one tried to help. His bank finally said they would dispute and credit his account. Still waiting on $43.xx. Will never order from Subway again.

Disgusting place lately. There were swarms of gnats in the tea containers that were just left open for god knows how long. Im assuming the place is infested with bugs at this point. I had to swat them away from my sandwich, and a roach crawled on my leg mid meal and i dropped my sandwich, threw it in the trash and left. Wont be back anytime soon. Maybe instead of an inner remodel a management remodel is in order.

Today is June 15 and I just left Subway, after picking up my mobile order. Niether of the sandwiches I ordered were right. Neither one was toasted as I asked for and both were cold. I called and spoke with the shift lead that was rude and acted like she didn’t care at all. But you can bet I will be calling her manager and also corporate.

I begin to order food, after ordering 2 sandwiches the young lady begins to question if I can pay for the food. I then look at the cutting blocks by the condiments station, and black mold is growing in the groove’s made by continuous cutting and insufficient cleaning. The employee then asks coworkers for help because more customers enter. One of the other employees begins to pick rotten lettuce out of the fresh lettuce. I decided not to complete my order and left. I highly recommend looking at the establishment before buying a sandwich. Someone should call the board of health. I’ll go back for some photos. Look at the cutting boards. Look at the vegetables, not healthy!

Went to go order food for my family and was immediately insulted with the question “can you afford it?” By an associate. Then as they were making my order I could see black mold on the cutting boards, the vegetables were rotten and brown and they were actually adding it to my sandwhiches right in front of me. If this is the service that subway like to offer no wonder ppl walk out leaving half made sandwhiches. The customer service is rude by insulting customers whether they can afford the food or not. If I couldn’t afford it then why am I here making an order. And then pulling the nasty rotten pieces of vegetables out of the bar infront of customers as they are ordering their food is unacceptable. The health department needs to look into this place.

I’m not a picky person and I don’t get mad over stuff but when I order a wrap and it’s suppose to be cooked and I bite into it and it’s freezing cold. That’s ridiculous. I never have a problem during the day when I eat there but the night barely does anything.

Always very adept at making my family’s orders, even when they are a little long and complicated. It’s much easier when there are two people making the sandwiches, so we can make sure each sandwich is made correctly. Their sandwiches always taste great, and the store is very clean. Had to tell them the light wasn’t working in the women’s bathroom once, but that isn’t the sandwich makers’ fault. Overall, very nice and friendly little place.

It looked raw.
Sure it wasn’t. But was not willing to take the chance.
The ladies who work there are very sweet.
And deal with aggressive customers great.
I will go back. And will recommend this store to others.
But only polite people.
