Overall, for our party of 2, we enjoyed our time, food and cocktails. That was unfortunately overshadowed by a feeling of deception upon receiving the bill from the owner who did not alert our party of the over 15% gratuity that was automatically added. Luckily, I reviewed my bill and caught it. Upon approaching the business owner, I politely asked if they could educate patrons ahead of time on their gratuity practices and policies. Per the owner, they automatically add gratuity on bills over $100. Times are fiscally tender and challenging and most folks do good just to contribute 10% gratuity THAT’S not mandated..its just customary in our state to tip. As a business owner myself, clear is kind and unclear is not kind..Future patrons should be informed so they can budget accordingly and consent to what they are showing up for. It’s very customary to automatically add gratuity on parties of 5+ AND to recommend suggested gratuity for all other parties. To automatically add 15%+ gratuity on bills over $100 means that EVERY part of a partrons’ experience must be above par. Transparency is just best business practice. There is a lot of promise for this establishment and hopeful that they are open to evolving so that they can maintain roots in that community. If it weren’t for the gratuity snafu, we’d give 41/2 stars overall. ✨️

I love the atmosphere (music, lights and decoration), food was great, one of the best ceviches that I ever had, for dessert I had alfajores, they were sooo tasty. They have a really BIG menu, so go when you are starving. Drinks were strong.Staff was good at the beginning was only 1 person and then 2, so was kinda slow at the beginning, but they were super friendly and explained everything to us. Personally, I didn’t like they already add 20% of tip and we went for happy hour and they forgot to made that discount too.

We had a birthday party after tasting the food the day before randomly stopping in. The food was delicious from steak rice and beans, chicken tostones, chicken nachos to camarones in ceviche. The owner Gustavo and his wife had lots of hospitality. They introduced themselves and made us feel very comfortable and at home. We will be back very soon. Thank you for everything, Angel Morales.

Came here had a few drinks. The margarita was really good. Was gooto get a drink called a pool party. But me wearing all pink the guy behind the counter suggested a gauca flavored martini and it was so good. Looking forward to coming back

New to the area, thought I’d give this place a shot for drinks (no pun intended!). I was immediately captivated by the atmosphere and decor. I found it to be a very relaxing experience not to mention the unbelievable cocktails and service from their bartender Gustavo! Big shout out to him for making me feel welcome to the area as well as serving up incredible drinks.

We had my sister’s 30th birthday here. Gustavo the owner let me do a little setup with cake and balloons….he even played the happy birthday song twice…..when she came into the restaurant and when we cut her cake. He was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The food was so fresh and tasty! We ordered a seafood Jalea. It was so fresh and crispy! My dad even joked if they had just gotten the fish from the sea? Best fresh seafood dish I’ve had. We ordered a variety of dishes for a party of ten and everything was delicious. The restaurant was spacious enough that when my kids got a little bored they enjoyed sitting and playing by the nice couches they have. I even had one of my girls fall asleep and the coaches were so convenient! I definitely enjoyed myself here. Had like a nice club setting vibe…..great music and lighting but not so loud, I was still able to have conversation with my family visiting from NY. Usually, I’m very nervous about other guests with 4 little ones….but we all truly enjoyed being at Chifrijos! Great atmosphere Sorry we did not take pictures of food because we were truly enjoying it…we were starving and we went straight for the food….no time for pictures

Had a girls night here a few nights ago! My sister said this place was good, so I decided to check it out. The restaurant itself was really nice! I love the lighting and the music. Really chill vibes. We ordered 3 things and all shared. We started with Chicharron De Cerdo. I’ve never had this before and wow was it delicious! Luckily we got two orders and it definitely all went! The Yuka fries were so tasty too! We also ordered shrimp Ceviche which was really good ! We ended with the 3 steak tacos but sadly where not good. The steak tasted like dirty grill. They do have potential tho and they took it off the check which was nice! The service was great and I will 100 percent return.

Food and drinks were delish. The price for food is fair considering all the local restaurants in the area charge about the same. Gratuity is automatically included, too, but the staff are friendly. And yes, not many people are working, but they are also not as busy either. You won’t have to worry about being rushed out of there. The owner came to us and made sure everything was just right several times. It’s definitely a nice place to vibe and bring your groups. The new location has ample space.

I was invited here for a birthday dinner. They had a live band that was really good. I didn’t understand most of what they performed, but it sounded good and the young lady interacted/sang to me. I loved it/them. My food was delicious. We had the picada sampler(pork,chicken, and steak). Everything was seasoned perfect. I had beef empandas(delicious). I was a little disappointed because they didn’t have some of the other dishes I wanted to try, but I’ll definitely go back to try them. My drinks were great. I had a passion fruit margarita and call a uber.
