Raquel at this location just won the prize for worst customer service experience of my entire life. My children and I have been working on the book-it program to redeem a free personal pan pizza every month and it is the highlight of their month. Unfortunately, only a select few in this restaurant seem to know what they are doing when it comes to redeeming. Raquel has never actually put the code in just gives us the pizza. We follow the rules, bring the kids in and show the code for each child. Tonight, she informed us that she doesn’t know how to do it and that nobody in the store knows how to do it so she is going to refuse to serve us tonight. I told her that I don’t see how that is my problem and she said I am entitled to my opinion but that she is going to refuse to reedeem the book it coupons and she is going to refuse to complete my order. She showed no sympathy or remorse for this and almost seemed happy to tell me no. Now my children are devastated that they don’t get their pizza order. My husband called up there to complain and she threatened to call the sheriff’s office on him even though he did not threaten or curse at her at all (your welcome to pull the phone recording). He simply called to complain about the lack of service. The book it program is a great program that we have really enjoyed using and I am just so upset by the lack of care and concern for my family in this. This woman should not work in customer service at all.

The last 2 times I’ve been to this location have been so bad that I had to eventually just leave. First time I was there for well over an hour not to mention I showed up when notified my pizza was ready but still an hour wait once arriving. The guy working the counter told me several times your food is next up. An hour passes and I say screw the pizzas refund my money. So total wait time about 2 hours. Fast foward no refund ever went back on my card.
The next time I go there the girl working the counter literally gives my food to someone that came in after me all while I’m patiently waiting in the lobby for a crazy amount of time. I keep watching people come and go only to be told oops I gave someone else your order by mistake, want us to make you more pizzas any you just wait some more? Ummmmm no I don’t want pizza that takes 2 hours. On this order refund was also never issued. I’ll never and I repeat I will never return to this location. I would’ve given negative stars if possible

Pizza Hut employees are usually courteous and polite, but the time management at this location is so subpar that it’s almost not even worth going. I frequent many pizza restaurants, and this one is by far the most inconsistent and unprofessional. I’m truly dissatisfied and disappointed, especially since there aren’t many pizza options in the area—yet it feels like this location takes full advantage of that.
There is always some kind of issue here, whether it’s long wait times, incorrect orders, or a complete lack of urgency. This franchise needs serious improvement, and corporate needs to step in immediately. Customers deserve better, and this location needs to start valuing its patrons.

I was waited on by Jaycee. He was like a breath of fresh air. He was extremely kind, courteous and helpful to everyone and not just a select few. I was amazed how quickly he acknowledged each person that entered the restaurant and addressed every person even if he had to tell them their order wasn’t ready yet. Hearing him talk to the customers was amazing. If they had gotten angry or became aggravated because their food wasn’t ready right then he remained calm and handled the situation very professionally and his tone and actions and apology for about a 3 minute delay made the customers become calm and leave happy and smiling. He had knowledge about his products and was running the front and the back. Jaycee and his one coworker managed and ran that restaurant phenomenally and to only be about 3 minutes behind they were rocking it getting orders out the door. Keep up the great work Jaycee you’re doing great! You definitely made my day.

The worst Pizza Hut ever. If it says to pick up at 8PM, just go at 9 and they might be done. This is the third time I’ve been sitting in the waiting area with about 10 other people waiting. I just got a refund instead of continuing to put up with this. If the staff is correct, they have an oven down…and reading the other reviews it looks like that’s a theme. OWNERS: FIX YOUR OVEN!! Stop replying to the same bad reviews like you care when all you have to do is fix the oven. I will never go there again…

The food is never ready on time. Unless its the only order on the roster. Continue to blame themselves for being down one oven. The lobby is overflowing with people waiting way past there order times. Please fix your oven. It’s been months and I know to avoid Friday and Saturday. Unless you plan on waiting 30 minutes extra. maybe longer. staff is amazing. food is amazing. but timing has been off for several months.

We ordered a large 3 topping pizza. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza, no flavor and the crust was hard and dry. Half the toppings were left off. I called to let them know and their response was sarcastic and rude.
I called back to speak to the “manager on duty” after being on hold for almost 10mins. The gentleman that identified himself as the manager was Jaycee. He continued to make sarcastic responses as if I did something wrong. This individual has no business being in a “manager” role bc he doesn’t know how to talk to people.

This location needs work. Yes it takes longer than told but that is expected on a weekend. The issue is while waiting several orders where incorrect including mine. Also suposdly they have oven problems. For the last two years and supposedly cooperate / owner refuses to repair or replace which I find hard to believe. Up front, not great. My friend went in and asked if there was a menu, and the person working there (Kat) said no. Not any explanation or friendly follow-up, just “no.” I personally would have left, but my friend just said ok and asked for a pepperoni pizza. Again, the lady working there didn’t give any acknowledgment or anything, just really unkind. I didn’t eat the pizza, but later, my friend was surprised that the pizza wasn’t very good. Honestly, after the interaction, I wasn’t surprised at all.
In the end, here’s my recommendation, if you’re looking for pizza, there are a few really good, local places. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth it. The person working is just collecting a paycheck, which sure I get, but that doesn’t mean they need to act that way or not put in a little effort at the end of the day.
