If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not one to give bad reviews but this has changed my mind. We ordered a catering order and half of our sandwiches were NO meats , nothing was fresh, and TERRIBLE customer service. The female on the phone today refused to talk to me saying they were busy, and when I brought it in for a refund she smirked and laughed. I feel disrespected and rather disgusted. NEVER again

I work next door to this Subway several of us walk over and order the rotisserie chicken in a bowl with some shredded cheese on top. It’s always a different price depending on the time and who’s working. We literally order 2 scoops of chicken with a small amount of shredded cheese. Some days it’s 5.00 which seems about normal and other times it’s 9 and some change. Today when we ordered it I got maybe 5 pieces of chicken with a little cheese you could see 75% of the bottom of the bowl. It was actually laughable the amount they put in. It was also 7.99 plus tax and rang up as a chicken salad. When I took it back over there to find out what was going on. The “manager” told me when we are being charged the 5.00 it was just for the 2 sides of chicken but when we add the sprinkling of shredded cheese it then makes it a salad and we are charged the higher price. I said so cheese is 4.00 she just smirked never offered to fix it or anything so I said thank you turned around threw the 2 bites in their trash can and walked back out. This is absolutely unacceptable as a manager myself I was appalled

Unfortunately it’s making me give a star, normally I don’t even leave reviews ever but today was different. Walked in before lunch rush, told the woman and man working I needed 3 subs, 3 very different subs. The woman convinced me to keep a premade “mess up” sandwich despite it being on the wrong bread and I mentioned that aspect several times during the process but she wasn’t listening and kept on, I requested several other items to be toasted on it before toasting which never happened and I was left with raw veggies on my sandwich. She got the sandwich wrong 3x with my son and husband. Kept asking me what was on them as if the deconstruction paper isn’t taped in front of them at all times and then didn’t even toast my husbands sandwich at all which was requested numerous times as well. The man working never talked, never made eye contact or anything. I feel like when I kept mentioning what was being done wrong and I kept getting ignored that they were just trying to do what they want to rush people out of the store.
I’ve had much better service at the other locations in Somerset, KY and Middletown, OH with no issues like this ever before.

Awful service. Serve was very rude and had an attitude. She was in a bad mood and rolled her eyes when my husband walked in the door. She almost forgot my sauce and when my husband reminded her she rolled her eyes. She pretended to heat our sandwiches and then take them out and didn’t even cut them. Terrible service my sandwich was awful I couldn’t even eat it.

the people were really nice but there’s just one thing that wasn’t right there was a black Guy in there that was working and his hair was kinda long and he wasn’t wearing a hair net or anything to protect his hair from getting in the food
I work in a restaurant my self and I know that it’s against health regulations not to wear a hair net he had this little sun visor thing on and none of the hair was covered if the health inspector would of walked in they would of shut that place down

We continue to be disappointed with the freshness of the lettuce at this Subway. I have completed a survey every time we have been here for the past several visits, and have mentioned that the shredded lettuce is never fresh, and some of it is turning brown. The employees are fine; however, the manager or someone needs to tell them to discard the brown, yucky lettuce and open the fresh container that is always sitting covered and waiting to the side. I think we’ll be trying one of the other Subway locations in Somerset next time.

I ordered online to avoid the line. Worst decision ever. One they set your order aside to assist the ones that walk in, there sign says order with the app avoid the line…that’s fine. I could work with that. I get my food and head home, which is over 15 mins away. I get home and opened my sandwich and notice this is not what I ordered. So I get my phone and begin to call…it just continues to ring. I had to call 4 times to finally reach someone. He was nice took my order. I told him everything I had orginally ordered. When I get there I get my new sandwich. I was smart this time and checked it…it was missing some items. So I go back in and told him what was missing…his response was “well you never said that”….which I did, I had my original order pulled up and was reading off that. One item he even wrote down, it was on the bag…I finally told him to just give me a side of 2 of items, apparently they were out of one of the items. It was so frustrating. I get you’re busy, it happens. We’ve all been there. No need for attitudes especially when it should’ve been made correctly the first time. I probably will not be going back. It’s always real young kids working and they get rude and I have enough to deal with, their attitudes I really just do not need. If I’m paying for something I would like for it to be what I ordered. It’s a pick your items kind of place. My order was not difficult.

I went in today (5/17/2020 @2:15PM) and got a footlong, the guy who made my sandwich was quick and polite, I go here often.
While I was there a customer came in and assumed an employee didn’t wash their hands when they did. So due to that unfair assumption I thought I would give a good review because I was happy with my experience and that customer was just outright rude. The employees didn’t even have a chance to speak he just yelled at them.
Anyway, good service as always keep it up.
