Nancy answered my call asked where they were located i said la Sierra she asked for the address, im like im driving its by the gas station she insisted on the address with an attitude. After 5min of parking getting the address she told me to hold another 2 min and said took forever to understand a simple order of cheese pizza and Hawaiian . Request the payment over the phone made me repeat the #s 3x slowly cause she couldn’t understand me when previously she could. I drove 20min and got to the location and she was still processing my payment. Walked in hung up the call and told her I could just swipe my card, she looked at me and said I would have to repeat the order all over again because she disnt have it down. . The attitude and entitlement was just to the max!!!

I never experienced this from Fast5 until today it was the worst experience ever!!! I called in my order (2 pizzas) and paid for it – I was told by Joanna my order would be ready in 10-15 mins. I even called back to confirm the time. I get there and she forgot to place my order. She offered to give me a free pepperoni pizza and apologized for the delay. I was like okay. I was to hot to wait in there – it’s hot like a sauna and I had to be home by 6:30 pm so I didn’t look at the pizza I get home and all three pizzas were burnt. I called back and told her i am bringing them all back to redo my pizza. She makes them and I was like where is my free pizza – she responded with that was the only one I had to give out for free. I was like can I please get the number for your manager and she then calls the manager and makes me wait for 2 mins before she bands me over the number. I call it and goes to voice mail. All this is not acceptable!!! Here is a picture of just one of the pizzas. I should have taken a picture of all three to post!!

Very affordable and customizable pizza restaurant Around LA. I have visited most of thier locations, but the closest one to my friends was the La Sierra one.
I could order anything I wanted and the pizza maker helped me make my own version of pizzas. The chicken wings were spicy enough to feel it yet not to irritate your mouth.
And the price… that’s why they call it Fast 5 Pizza. The cheapest one is around $5 bucks and is still good and tasty.
Definitely I’ll come back for more pizza. And my son loves the pepperoni one so much… we definitely must come back from time to time and have a mouth-watering pizza.
The only down-side is that you can’t eat your pizza in the facility. You just order (over the phone, online or in person) and pick it up. But that just gives you more time to spend with your family, in your own cozy place around a large plate with pizza from Fast 5 Pizza. Enjoy!

Can’t call in an order for pick up. The man there is super rude and cocky about it too. Instead of finding a solution he just walked away and threw his hands up . I run a 5 star business this is not how you treat your customers . I’ll take my money elsewhere moving forward no wonder the place is lonely and there was no orders in ♀️ btw we were never told we had to pay over the phone , we would have gladly done it !!!

Food is decent. The price is not a big deal breaker the phone ordering process is where the real issue is at. Usually it’s optional if you want to pay over the phone or at the store. Not Fast 5 its mandatory to have to pay over the phone or they won’t make it at all. There’s nothing like heading over to a pizza place picking up a pizza and finding not only that its not ready they haven’t even started. I can’t count how many times especially new customers having to deal with this at this place.

The Mexican lady that picked up the phone is absolutely rude! I have been ordering here for years. I’ve lived down the street for about six years. I’ve always been able to place my order and go pick it up and paint store for some reason now the force should pay over the phone, which is hard because most of the time you’re driving, about three weeks ago I was able to place an order and pick it up at the store and it was ready without having to pay over the phone. So I called today that same lady picked up the phone and said that for two years, they’ve been charging over the phone. I explained to her last time I was able to put my order in and it was ready by the time I got there and I paid . She straight up, tried to call me a liar when she in fact is the liar. She’s the one that told me that her boss was getting mad at her for taking orders because people aren’t picking them up. She’s actually the one that brought the order out to my car and everything that day so she’s a liar herself and she’s extremely rude, you need to fix your attitude. I am so upset that you treat somebody that way horrible customer service.
