There’s no easy way to describe how unpleasant my experience was. The service was very poor, with little courtesy and an unprofessional attitude throughout. The employee spoke under her breath and seemed visibly annoyed. At first, I tried to be understanding—working alone on a Friday afternoon can’t be easy. However, the way the food was handled and prepared felt careless and uncomfortable to watch.
I understand frustration, but customers also come in after long workdays, and taking that frustration out on others isn’t acceptable. During the order, I asked if coupons were accepted and explained that I had the codes on my phone. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, but at checkout I was informed that the codes didn’t work. At that point, I considered leaving, but my son insisted on paying. The sandwiches were prepared incorrectly and without care.
While the service itself was disappointing, the bigger issue seems to be management. Having one person working alone on a Friday evening sets everyone up for a bad experience. Based on what I experienced, I would not recommend this Subway location.

Worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. No one was at the service counter. I waited over 5 minutes and looked around for an employee but I figured they were in the restroom or something. The oven eventually went off and kept buzzing until someone finally showed up and boy what a joy she was. Phone in hand, no rush, no greeting, no name tag or anything. She was 100% high and kept getting our orders wrong. I said no cheese, she said okay no cheese, then proceeded to put cheese on mine. I asked for chicken teriyaki and she grabbed regular chicken instead of the pre-made chicken soaking in the sauce and realized it after and just poured a bunch of sauce on the plane chicken breast, not ideal or the worst thing but it just kept adding up. My final straw was when she didn’t even finish wrapping the sub and proceeded to answer her personal phone and talk to some random person in the middle of my order. I don’t want someone who handles their personal phone to continue touching my food. I’m sure that’s a health code violation. She was rude, terrible at making the subs, listening to my order, and completely unprofessional. I’d make a legitimate complaint but I don’t even know her name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag! Terrible location and employee.

EDIT: She also didn’t even cut the subs lol.

This is my second or third visit to the store and my last. Two weeks ago, I stopped by this store. The store was empty. The woman said they only took cash. So I drove to the bank, got the cash, and went back. The bread was not fresh and the tuna tasted funny.

Today, I went back at lunch time. I thought to give them another chance.The store was again empty. That same lady from two weeks ago, was talking on her cell phone with a friend. You can tell she was bored to death. She approached me with a nasty attitude as if I were begging her for food. She doesn’t say hi or ” can I help you?”. She just stands there and looks at you. I asked her if they were taking credit card and she refused to answer me. I said it’s a yes or no question. She nastily said that if they didn’t she would have told me like last time. So she obviously remembered me.

I went to the Subway down the road at Walmart. The man greeted me and called me sir the entire time we interacted. I gave him a good tip and I left.

It’s very obvious that this store is struggling financially. You don’t need to be an economist to realize that. They use the bread from 2 days ago and the ingredients are not fresh. More importantly, this woman the owner hired is plain nasty. Hey owner, business 101, hire good people and emphasize good customer service

When i came in this black lady who was sitting down and asked if I ordered online and i said no and i was waiting for her to stand up and take my order but was still sitting down and on her phone then when another person who came in who ordered online then she stand up and took his order and i asked so do you not to do orders in person and she said in a rude tone I asked you and you look lost which was clear she did not want to do business and was very bad customer service so i just left and was disappointed. This is very unacceptable behavior.

After my visit on 6/3, I did not think Subway could do it, but they cut the sandwich, the meat translucent, and the veggies thinner than before. Then, they want to upcharge you $2 to return to the previous thickness. Now, this was an online order, so I don’t know if they cut the meat fresh. The steak and Italian were just sad!

The worst management ever. I placed an order on the app and accidentally sent it to this location. This is usually my preferred location however I was at work in Sun City so obviously I wasn’t able to pick up my order during lunch. I attempted to call the store MULTIPLE times and even left a voicemail. After work I stopped by to see if I could either pick up the order or get a refund and the manager (Jas I believe), started to yell at me saying “we count our bread every night and I threw away your sandwiches and it’s your fault for picking the wrong location or not calling to cancel and there’s nothing she could do”. Honestly I didn’t even care to pick up a $10 sandwich or get a refund but the fact that there was NO customer service or level of understanding and immediate aggression was alarming, concerning, and annoying. Also I did call but no one picked up! Never going to this specific location again because I do not want to interact with that manager ever again.

I will never go to this place anymore the lady made me pay the full amount of my subway and I had the coupon. This happen twice they will tell you that the coupon machine doesn’t work only when you present them one. The coupon says any drink but she is telling me I can have the small drink only.
