Excellent service!!! Delicious cuisine. They gave me a free brucheta and a free after dinner cookie. The atmosphere was also quaint. Primarily because we caught lunch. The decor was slightly upscale but the price were very affordable.

Had an absolutely fantastic dinner here. So glad we tried them and will definitely be back. We both ordered off of the regular menu but the specials sounded fantastic as well. Atmosphere was perfect and service was also first rate. Listen to the reviews and give them a try!

Possibly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I went here last night with my boyfriend for Valentine’s day, not really having any expectations. I had heard the food was good, but other than that I wasn’t expecting anything as amazing as what I experienced. We made reservations for 7:30, and despite being very busy, we were sat very quickly. The interior is beautifully decorated, and has a cozy yet posh style. We had the most fantastic service from Deanna, who was very attentive and enthusiastic. We had two appetizers, which we’re both very good, but the best was yet to come. I had the lobster ravioli special, and let me tell you, it is now at the top of the list of the best things I have ever eaten. Absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend got the salmon, and before I even got a chance to ask for a bite, he had devoured it. Unfortunately, we had to turn down dessert, but we definitely hope to be back to experience that next time. I can’t say enough about this place. For stellar quality food, pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding service, take a trip down 46 and visit this place. Thank you so much for making our night out so special. My husband and I ate here for the 1st time tonight and everything was so delicious! The chef sent out a complimentary dish of bruschetta, which was so fresh and tasty. From the appetizers down to dessert we enjoyed every bite. We even took extra desserts home. It is a BYOB and I would suggest a reservation to avoid a wait. Staff was great and very friendly.

My family and I are some of the fortunate people to have realized this gem of a restaurant the first day they opened. Since then I have been back nearly 50 times with my family and friends, and this is no exaggeration. We have NEVER been disappointed! Everything that Chef Edgar creates has been exceptional, and many menu items I’ve had are practically to die for. Why stand in line at Longhorn(?) when you can have the best short ribs ever, and an evolving menu and specials that are truly outstanding. At least one of my favorite specials was put on the menu at my request! Tonight I had a Baby Beet Salad that may be the best salad I’ve never had. And his roasted Cauliflower Soup special was equally amazing, if you’re lucky enough to come in when it’s featured. Also, the staff is very friendly and Ross the host is a super guy. We love to hear him describe the specials! I can’t say enough positives about Bistro 46! Do yourself a favor…bring your favorite dinner drinks and anyone that you want to have a great dinner with…you can’t miss if you come here! My only regret is that I waited a year and a half to post a review…shame on me for that!

One of the best overall experiences at a restaurant. The staff was amazing our waiter Steven was so kind and attentive, the chef came out personally to talk to us not the typical “hope you liked the food ” and walk away but actually engaged with us and sat next to us for sometime. The food was so fresh and very tasty. I give it 5 stars …..the food coupled with this level of customer service is hard to come by sometimes usually you get one or the other but this restaurant gave both. The price point was reasonable some places you can pay double the price and they hardly want to check to see how you are doing during the meal. This was a nice NJ gem passing through.

Reasonably priced. My husband had a pork chop special that was delicious. I had the braised boneless short ribs and they were amazing! Coconut cream pie was very good and my husband loved the muscles app! Will definitely go back!!!
