Absolutely the BEST AUTHENTIC Mexican food in the entire Willamette Valley. My go to EVERY time I eat out. You gotta try it! Can’t say enough about the food. Everything is AMAZING!! Continually impressed by Majahua. The staff is incredibly nice and the ingredients are so fresh. I have never had a tomatillo salsa like theirs before. Their tortillas are also incredible and you just really can’t find better Mexican food in the Albany/Corvallis area. You definitely get what you pay for and the portions are very generous.

My family and I absolutely love Majahua’s food! The ingredients are always fresh, service is always friendly, and flavors are worth going back for. I appreciate that they make veggie tacos with rice and beans when I order them even though they aren’t technically on the menu, because it can sometimes be a challenge to find good vegetarian tacos when eating out.

This food cart sources the cheapest possible ingredients then flip it into sort of Mexican plates for the highest price they can. $16 a plate for squeeze cheese low quality nachos, enchiladas, burritos, dishes that are highly Americanized greasy “Mexican food”. We were hungry and made a poor decision to eat there. Save your tummy’s and stay away.
