We had 3 different types of quesadilla (asada, pastor, pollo) and they were ok. Asada was my favorite. Nothing super special but good overall. The burrito was good. We also got the birria eggrolls which were good. Everything could’ve had more meat in it and some of the meats were not as flavorful as others. But overall good for the price. The staff was very nice. They forgot to give us one of our items but they fixed it promptly. Overall probably more of 3 stars based on our experience but we didn’t get any tacos which are more of their speciality from what I understand. Everything gets packaged for takeout.

We didn’t even know this place was here! Went last night and got pastor tacos. Mondays are buy one get one pastor tacos. Staff were very friendly. Tortillas seemed homemade. The horchata was delicious! The salsa bar was okay, pico looked like it could have been refreshed but the marinated red onions and peppers were tasty and spicy, onions and carrots good, salsas tasty. Will definitely be back!

Wow! Finally checked this place out and it did NOT disappoint! I was a bit hesitant after reading the most recent reviews, however; our experience couldn’t have been any better! Great food AND service.
Tried the homemade horchata and will be back for that alone. They make it (no syrup) and it’s better than most I’ve ever tried. The birria tacos were moist/juicy, nice amount of meat/cheese and very flavorful. We will be back to replicate this exact meal in the near future!
The price point was good/reasonable and the service was amazing. The gentleman that runs it was very friendly.
This is on our list of return spots! Thanks for a good meal. 🙂

Everything was great! I love Tripa Tacos and this place does it right! My new taco spot for sure. The tacos are packed, the burritos are big, the salsas are spicy and delicious. The queso birria was on point. And the owner threw in a chocolate flan for dessert, on the house. I’ll be back!

My husband has been following him (Pauly) on TikTok for a long time, so we were genuinely excited to try it — but unfortunately, we left pretty disappointed.
We ordered tacos al pastor, a quesadilla with pastor, and some chips and salsa.
Chips & Salsa: Most of the chips were burnt.
Tacos al Pastor: The flavor was just off — definitely not what we expected. They weren’t authentic or well-seasoned. There was a lot of meat, but it didn’t make up for the lack of flavor. The creamy green sauce (tasted like sour cream) really didn’t go well with the tacos.
Quesadilla: Very cheesy, but barely any meat inside — a bit disappointing, especially for the price.
Honestly, the best part of the meal ended up being the burnt chips and salsa… Sad to say, the food didn’t live up to the hype.
Also worth mentioning: the cashier was not friendly at all. No greeting, no smile — just didn’t feel welcoming.

I really was excited to try this place out since it’s right around the corner from where I live but definitely disappointed after today’s meal. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos and they were terrible the tortilla themselves tasted pretty off and were way too soft if that makes sense. and then the carne asada itself was super dry and lacked flavor. Literally no flavor whatsoever. It honestly looked like old meat that has been sitting around but I’m not sure. My friend ordered nachos and he didn’t enjoy his food either . Only good thing about this place thus far is the girls who work there are usually super nice. There goes $37 down the drain

Second time here in the last week. The first time I got a carne asada burrito, al pastor taco, quesabirria taco and a bean and cheese burrito. It was really good so I had to come back a second time. This time I got a Al pastor burrito, a bean and cheese burrito and carne asada nachos. Everything is on point the beans and rice are really good. The meat is a season just right and the quality is good. Christina help me out and was really nice. I’ll be coming here at least once a month for Mexican food.

I came to try the infamous tacos Pauly si ! I follow jose the taco guy on social media and vegas poly c so I had to come show some love and let me tell you that was the best taco I’ve ever had i’ve never had a taco like that That was flavorful, delicious and that meat tasted like it was grilled on my mom’s barbecue that’s how you know it’s authentic if it tastes like mamas cooking our server Carolina was so nice and the chef Freddy made our food right to order the Tacos came out blazing hot now that’s service im a top contributor here in town and this taco shop gets a pass 100 percent everyone here was so nice so polite it was a pleasure eating here today for our first time 10/10 service

Overall it was a good experience I’m not used to the corn tortillas that they had I’m sure they were freshly made and if you like that kind of thing then those would be a 10/10. I’m just not used to that and it kind of had a funny smell when you went inside like the oil or something and the fries tasted a little fishy which makes me think the oil needs to be changed… But overall it was a good deal the tacos were buy one- get one free. I wish the girl would have spoken more English at the counter , that would have made things a little easier, and they were out of every meat except for al pastor which was another problem because I wanted a different meat , but overall I would say I would go back there., I just wish it wasn’t so far away Boulder highway is out there for me, but I happen to be around there so I checked it out and it was pretty good … the chocolate cake/flan was actually excellent and its very hard to find that in town and it was a big slice for 5.00. and the bean and cheese burrito we got was huge for 6.99 !

One of the best Al pastor tacos in Vegas. Full of flavor and incredible price for taco Tuesday. These tacos were loaded with meat. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Little drive off the strip but well worth the visit for great tacos. Need to try the rest of the menu on my next visit.
