I can’t even tell you how much I loved Brick and Flour, but I can tell you that the service was amazing, their food was so bomb, and the atmosphere was so entertaining with all the paintings. The one thing is that the wait for our food was about 10-15 minutes, which is not bad, but it wasn’t crowded there at all. I hope this helps you make your decision.

Trust your gut (especially when it’s attached to a gas station)
Bricks & Flour is conveniently located right off the freeway… and conveniently attached to a gas station. It had decent Yelp reviews, so we decided to give it a shot. I should’ve listened to that tiny voice in my head.
We ordered a shrimp taco, a carne asada taco, and a carne asada burrito. All three? Deeply underwhelming. The rice in the burrito tasted like it came straight out of a Zatarain’s box — not exactly the homemade vibe you hope for. Everything was aggressively salty. Not “well-seasoned.” Salty. Like someone dropped the lid off the salt shaker and just went with it.
The green salsa added some much-needed flavor, and the red salsa actually had a nice kick — but even that couldn’t save the overall salt situation. It’s hard to enjoy heat when you’re reaching for water after every bite.
And coming from a Latina who understands flavor and takes her food seriously, this is a hard pass. Moral of the story: sometimes when your food spot is connected to a gas station, your gut is trying to protect you. We’ll be passing next time.

Brick & Flour is located next to the Circle K gas station. We stopped by for a quick late-night meal and sat outside to eat since the weather was nice. I had a shrimp taco and a fish taco—both were tasty and satisfying. The place was pretty busy even at that hour. However, the tables inside were very sticky, and the bathroom could definitely use some attention. While the food was good, the overall cleanliness brought the experience down a notch.

Good fish tacos (though wish had a bit more crunch) and burrito. Good chips. Limited parking since located in gas station food mini-mall. We did takeout but inside was clean. Efficient service.

Brick & Flour never disappoints our family and friends! The food is DELICIOUS! Art and his staff are so friendly and easy to work with. We catered tacos for a football watch party. Art worked with me on food based on my specific # of guests and our preferred requests. He accommodated with GF tortillas. He even added chips without us asking as he wanted to make sure we had enough food to eat! Pricing is fair and the food is so good! Brick and Flour is a great place to order and eat at!

Quick stop off the freeway. This taco spot is attached to a gas station. It seemed popular, with people dining in and picking up orders.
I tried the Diablo crispy chicken taco, which had good flavor and an unexpected sweet sauce. Also got the breakfast burrito with sausage. The rice was on the greasy side. Overall, an okay stop for a quick bite on the go.

Customer service was great
But the veggie burrito I purchased was not…

The rice tasted like el pollo loco rice.
There was Too much rice in my burrito.
The rice was hard & didn’t taste good.

I couldn’t even finish my burrito because it didn’t taste that great 🙁
And I wasn’t the only one,
My partner couldn’t finish his burrito either.

And I was pretty upset I spent my precious hard earned money on these burritos.

The only thing I truly enjoyed was the chips and salsa.

I truly didn’t taste authentic Mexican food at all.

Believe me, I love this place. I tell my friends about this place. I love the tacos here but this burrito was just not there. It was missing the flavor. I ask if they have the chipotle sauce maybe it would help taste but they don’t. This burrito went downhill today. Anyway, it would be so great if u can clean your table or change the table. For the longest time I have been coming here. It’s always like this. Dirty, hardened food stuck between the table design and looks . Just see the photos and tell me if it’s appetizing to look at.

I hadn’t been to Brick and Flour yet, but decided to have them cater a birthday party the day after Thanksgiving. They were an absolute hit! The food was amazing, better than I could’ve imagined. Very fresh, arrived, hot, and the spices and flavors they use were fantastic! I will definitely use them again, and look forward to exploring more of their menu. Thank you Brock and Flour!

This place is the hidden gem of Santa Clarita! Attached to a gas station, but don’t be deceived, the food was amazing, and the customer service unmatched! We got the nachos and fish tacos. The chips are so well seasoned and cooked fresh to order, perfect with the fresh guacamole! Cant wait to go back!
