Wish I would’ve collected their names but it was a brown guy with locs, a short caucasian man, and a caucasian woman with a cool personality and they hooked my pizza UP!!!!!!!! BOTH OF THEM. Never had a pizza this good and fresh from domino’s. This is gonna have to be the only location I’ll buy from. Thanks guys for making my movie night a deliciously satisfying one. The pictures does not justice and I forgot to take a photo of the other pizza

I love this store and rarely do i have an issue but tonight when i got the wrong order of pasta. I Called the store, had it fixed with no issues thanks to the gentleman on the phone and the wonderful delivery driver!!

Wow!! Another pizza cooked too long. 12/04/2025 My complaint is that there is no consistency in the doneness of a basic cheese pizza. Staff told me my pizza was perfect, the standard. I beg to differ as I have a child on the spectrum and he notices the difference. Do you?

Tonight I ordered my pizza online at 6:09pm – after checking the app multiple times it never moved from prep. I thought this was a glitch because it has never taken me this long to get a pizza from this location. I went to pick the pizza up at 6:47pm assuming after 40 minutes my pizza would be ready. WRONG. I walked into the store and stood for 7 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged just to be told it’d be 30 more minutes. I went to my car and waited for the 30 minutes then went back inside. I was not acknowledged again. Multiple people experiencing the same issue at this point , I decided to speak up to get help. After no one answered me again I left at 7:34pm without pizza and money paid for the pizza I ordered. They also didn’t answer any phone calls coming in and I heard the manger say don’t answer the phone. There was also a pizza that fell off the conveyor belt and was placed into a box to serve to a customer. I will not be returning to this store ever again. This was the worst customer service and disorganization I have ever witnessed.

They don’t deserve even a part of a star. 2 HOURS for delivery and the food was NOT fresh, crud quality, not correct, or worth eating. This location used to be decent. I don’t know what happened. However, for the manager to give excuses for them being 2 hrs behind might matter if the food was even close to truly fresh. However, your establishment being under staffed is not the consumers fault. It is a bad situation. Lying to your customers is always a big no no. I called mad about the time and the manager said it had just come out of the oven. Oddly enough I didn’t even leave my job in Richmond until the tracker said it was in the oven. I stopped and got gas, before getting to my Mechanicsville address. It was still on quality check 30 minutes later. Then he asked the driver to bring it straight to our house first. Nope, driver went to some location out in Pole Green area. Completely the other direction.
Ordered 1 chicken bacon ranch sandwich with extra cheese. It came with what looks like No cheese and dry. Also barely luke warm. Ewww. That is ridiculous. Also, ordered a steak and cheese (dried out meat), parm. bites (didn’t even feel warm), stuffed cheese bread (guess what not hot!?!), and 3 garlic dips (got 2).
Highly recommend anywhere but here!

Placed order online got e mail saying order would be ready in 20-25min. Showed up 25 min later. Was told pizza was not ready would check on how long. Walked around store came back and checked 2 people out. I asked again for time lady said o yeah let me find out. Told me was gonna be like 30 min. Paid for it went down road got gas came back waited 30 min went back in Then was told order still not ready would be 10 min. Went back out to truck waited 10 min Went back in was greeted by Matt who informed me pizzas still not ready but we’re coming out of oven. At this time I was voiceing opinion on how they should be truthful when telling someone how long. Matt then tells me he dont appreciate me voiceing opinion. Matt needs to be removed from store.

If you think you will need change, they cannot take 100’s. I had to walk out without my order because they couldn’t make change and I didn’t have a card on me. I wish that was stated online when I selected pay with cash because I would have planned accordingly. Also the staff was quite rude about the whole situation, walking away from me mid conversation. Won’t be coming back.
