Had a good time at Bearded Monkey Sports Bar. This place clearly knows what it is and leans fully into the sports bar vibe. Tons of screens everywhere so it is an easy win if you want to watch a game, and the large bar setup makes it great for groups. It is also a solid spot to play pool. The pool scene here is legit. There were clearly some very serious players bringing in their own sticks in cases and assembling them like pros, which was fun to see and added to the atmosphere.
Service was good and attentive, even with how busy and loud it gets. The staff kept things moving and made sure drinks and food came out without long waits. It is definitely loud, but in a fun energetic way that works well for sports nights and game days.
Food was fair but not exceptional. Very standard bar food across the board like wings, pizza, burgers, and appetizers. Nothing bad, just nothing that really stood out as memorable. Not really a destination for food alone.
Worth noting that this is not the best environment for kids. They do have a kids menu, which is appreciated, but the overall volume and bar focused energy make it much better suited for adults, sports fans, and pool players.
Overall a fun place to hang out, watch a game, shoot some pool, and grab drinks with friends. Solid experience, good service, great sports atmosphere, just keep expectations realistic on the food.

Traveling over the holidays and we decided to eat here, best decision ever!! We sat on the patio with our pup for dinner. We like shared plates meals so we ordered the quesadilla, the nachos-beef, and monkey balls(HIGHLY recommend!). Our son had the grilled cheese and fries. EVERYTHING was delicious!! Asked for a cherry coke and the amazing staff- sorry I don’t remember her name- made me a coke — with fresh cherries/juice! Giirrrrl–>service unmatched! Had a great personality and was so nice! Made our first meal on our Texas trip a great one! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Will forever choose to go here when/if we are in town!

Met some friends and family to watch the Texas A&M versus Texas Longhorns game. Restaurants is pretty spacious, with views of the TVs in every direction. Audio was good as well. Ordered some appetizers for the table and the fried mushrooms were delicious. Service was good, drinks were replaced quickly. Food came out hot and fresh. Ended up staying to watch the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers game. They later had karaoke which was nice. The evening DJ did a great job with the music as well. One of the things I was surprised about for a sports bar was how clean the restrooms were. Will definitely be back to this location in the future.

The food was pretty good, and the service was decent as well. If you’re into sports, you are in luck! There are TVs all over in here. I don’t believe there’s a seat on the house that cannot see at least a few of them. There is also a juke box and pool tables but they are far enough away to not bother your meal. No one under 18 allowed after 9PM is the rule here as well.
Overall, a good place and we will be returning.

Bearded Monkey: This place has a sports bar vibe we watched the game and we enjoyed just hanging out. People was playing pool and other people was watching the game. There was a TV on every wall literally and my husband went to the men’s room and he said it was one in there he thought that was Cool! 10 out 10 I would recommend ! Tried the lemon pepper wings good flavor and I would suggest those. The lemon drop not so much .

This is a fun atmosphere. It was cleaner than I thought it would be which is a big plus. Bartenders were nice, people were willing to talk at the bar. They have 3 pool tables, again looking clean, they take quarters. I tried their southwest egg rolls, they had nice spice, ranch on the side. Tons of tvs. Fun atmosphere.

The only thing I have to address is the missing nail in the hinge of the girls restroom, that way we don’t have to pick it up to lock the door. Other than that 5 STAR BAR!. For all my jalapeño popper lovers the best. UFC FIGHT NIGHT, POOL, AND SELECTION. Awesome. I’ll be back.

We tried this place one evening and sat at the bar and we were greeted right away. We ordered our drinks and looked over the menu. Our server Lizzie was very nice and helpful. The place was immaculately clean. We did not stay long due to the music being very loud and offensive, but other than the music zero complaints. We will try this place again in the future to see if the music was a one off. Did seem like a very fun place to spend some time, they have pool tables and a Golden Tee game. The bathrooms were very clean also. A lot of care went into this place. Hope to return soon.

It’s alright, nothing special. The beer is always super cold, but I go in the mornings on Sunday before the rushes.
Lots of tv’s so thats a plus, the food is mediocre. Best thing I’ve ordered is the BLT with an egg added.
