My husband and I can to this location for a coffee, did not realize it was red cup day.
The associates were all so cheerful and smiling despite how busy they were. When customers asked for an estimate on how long it would be for their order they answered with grace, not with attitude.

Did not have a good experience at this location. I came to this location on 8/8/2025 with my friend and her son from Virginia Beach, headed to DC. I placed an order at 11:32am which totaled $40.54. Cool. The young lady that took my order was very polite and nice. However, we either were forgotten about or just looked over. When we got in there it was about 4-5 other people waiting around. Cool, no problem. However as we’re waiting more people came in and seemed to get their items before we did. Yes, I took in account mobile orders, but no, these were people that ordered in line AFTER us. We ordered 3 drinks and a wrap. Nothing 2 difficult, however one after the other, people were receiving their items before us. I clearly thought, just like with many other establishments, it’s a first come first serve experience but than again maybe getting 2 caramel Frappuccinos and a tall vanilla bean was too much at one time. After 20 mins, we finally received our drinks after the young lady who took our order asked the guy making the drinks if he needed help and I believe told him we ordered before the family of 5 that came behind us who he had served. All in all, if you need help just say so and be mindful that people are paying for a service, not to be pushed to the side for someone else.

I have been to many locations and this one had me feeling even more welcomed as the atmosphere with the Music was a plus. Of course, my beverage was on point as well and you can tell that the baristas were comfortable and the customer service was excellent. It was well worth the stop while navigating the Richmond, Virginia area.

The employees at this location are all very friendly! This Starbucks is almost always super busy when I go and the wait is often extremely long. Because it’s so busy the floor often needs to be swept up and the sugar/napkin station is often a mess. No drive thru at this location.

The atmosphere was great but I had ordered in person and sat patiently to wait . After about 20 minutes I see others who ordered after me while in line are getting their drinks before me . I am unsure if there is something wrong with the system at that time because once it was brought to their attention it looked as if a bunch of back up orders printed .

I am deathly allergic to dairy and my fiancé saw them make my drink with regular milk instead of oatmilk and brought it to their attention and they rolled their eyes and dumped it out but didn’t rinse it out and I had to use my EpiPen. Horrible experience
