I rarely give 5 star but this place deserves every single one. I cannot express how amazing the customer service was! The staff were nice especially David! He helped us get what we wanted and gave us nice tips on the sauces. So glad I took his advice because my meal was on point! Don’t even get me started on the food! It was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I’ve been to some wing stops that barely satisfied my taste buds but oh my was this wing stop amazing! Definitely plan on coming back!!

The best I can give Wing Stop is 2 stars for the service, and that is a stretch. Walked in to try, and it was too loud, and the counter person was too quiet to understand. English was not his first language, but that should not be an issue when to order, you will need to answer 5 to 10 questions as order clarification. It was a little chilly while ordering. I would estimate that the dinner area was close to 62 degrees. My hands are still cold. This is most likely some of the reason my fries were warm at best. The fries were also mostly limp. They also were saturated with oil, which leads me to believe the frier is not holding the temp correct.
Staff was not particularly helpful.
The food was not great. In one of the pictures the chicken wing is clearly frost bitten. The chicken came out hot. The BBQ sauce was good. The fries appeared to be fresh cut but we’re not hot, not cooked properly, and limp.
The atmosphere was cold in appearance and physically. I was happy to walk outside (at 64 degrees) to warm up (no, I am not kidding). A complete lack of organization for the garbage and soda station was just weird. Soda station was fountain in the middle, to the left on the wall were the lids, and on the right were straws and all of your other needs to eat.
I do not think I will be back until someone makes some major improvements.

First try for Wing Stop. Ordered online arrived when told order would be ready. There were 3 people deciding what to get and no other customers in the restaurant. I told the employee at the counter I was there for an online order 10 boneless and 10 regular. 10 minutes later he gave me my cups for the drinks I filled them and took them to the car. It was another 20 minutes for my order to be completed. 30 minutes over due, the three people who ordered after my pick up time received their orders before mine. Did not get an apology for the 30 minute wait. Very poor order and time management. The wings, were wings, nothing special about the sauces or flavors. Ordered blue cheese and got ranch. Bad experience all around. Will not be back.

Loved the food! I had a chicken strip combo and Cajun corn. Everything was hot and delicious the chicken strips were so tender and juicy! Waited less than 10 minutes.

My family picked up my food for me and from what I heard it was chaotic and the workers were giving them a hard time. Overall the food is ok I ordered the Original Spice and it was barely spicy and it tasted like basic buffalo wings. The fries on the other hand were amazing they were perfectly fried and seasoned and I enjoyed them more than my wings.

This was our first time in a wing stop. When we came in we were not greeted, the guy came and stood there. Helped with questions but we felt a bit rushed. Order took a while to reach us but not horrible. The person at the pick up window was friendly. Order came in a bag, no trays when dining in. Boneless wings were more like popcorn chicken. They were very small and not worth 12 bucks. Lemon pepper flavor was ok. It was covered in butter I expected dry for dry rub. Fries were good. The tenders were decent size and family enjoyed the flavor. They didn’t have a trash can in lobby so I’m not sure if you are supposed to leave the items on table. We just threw it in the trash they had behind the counter as it was within reach.

It is so sad to keep experiencing such poor service at this place. We have come here five times since the opened and at the start the service has been the worst I have ever experienced. We kept in mind that when first opening there will be bumps and thing should improve but funny things is that they have gotten worse. Messed up orders, confusion by the staff when you ask for simple requests su h as “sauce on the side”, overcharging then when called out not sure how to do a refund so they take money out of their po ket, dirty tables and taking forever to complete an order. The sad thing is…the food is good but the service is very poor.
I can’t imagine this place staying in business if they don’t turn this around.

The orders take a very long time but the food is delicious for the price! My favorite was the voodoo fries and the Korean wings. The atomic sauce was not that hot sadly though.

Not greeted, every one standing around doing nothing. the food nothing different than bar wings, the sauces and rubs sucked. the original hot sauce not even close to bww mild. No napkins anywhere. Both restrooms no hand soap, Long wait to get fried food. Wings suck fries are better.over priced, Never going back, would not recommend. o and it was hot inside no fan or a/c

Service was great, wait is long but they do tell you it will be 15-20 min, my food took exactly 15. Paid $9.23 for a chicken sandwich meal, got the Louisiana rub, little bit of spice nothing crazy but not bad. It came with nothing in the sandwich though, just the chicken and a slightly dry bun. I did the Cajun seasoning on French fries which were decent but drowned in seasoning. Overall mediocre but not the worst I’ve had.
