Placed my order online and wrote specific instructions to have all of the subs I ordered to be toasted. Checked my order at home, NONE of my subs are toasted at all. Really disappointed since I like coming to this location for my subs, but I guess they don’t really care in following the instructions listed on the receipt. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. I hope they better train their employees making the food to at least read the instructions.

Subway has always been my go to spot when I want a quick and tasty sandwich. I purchased a sandwich tonight with my bread cut all the way , like a slice of bread out of the bag . I’m not happy due to everything just falling out of the sandwich.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had. 3 people were working but only 1 did anything. They had nothing out. No veggies, little meat, no salad bowls, no sandwich wrap. This was at 6:15pm. No where near close to closing. The one girl that helped us was clueless. Just threw stuff in a bowl with the hope of it being right, even when we told he exactly what we wanted. This whole establishment needs a cooperate intervention.

Not sure why this location makes there sandwiches this way, but they add the teriyaki sauce to plain chicken when ordering the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I wouldn’t complain, but the sauce overpowered the other flavors and the bread turned soggy almost immediately due to the shear amount added to the sandwich.
I guess I know better next time. I’ll ask for light sauce.

Around the beginning of lunch and only one worker to handle drive thru, online orders, and in house orders. Both containers of lettuce brown, tomatoes dried out as well as the pickles, banana peppers, cucumbers, etc. All at 10:30 a.m. When lettuce was questioned all that was remarked or done was asked if I wanted spinach instead. Was there no fresher lettuce or other vegetables? When asked if the chicken salad was fresh all that was remarked was that it wasn’t made today. Several menu items were not available but was not stated online when ordering. So much wrong with this location. Will not be going back.

Prices are WAY better than west coast, and the service was better too! Two girls who were swamped and totally nice and doing an amazing job. I personally love subway so it’s exactly what I wanted and look forward to coming back!

Service was good. They were just a little backed up from the lunch crowd. All the veggies and meats looked fresh. I had the club sub with extra meat and I can say that it was way more than enough. Overall, it’s a good subway location to go to.

I needed a couple of trays of sandwiches for Sunday church meeting. They were so willing to accommodate my request. Got a veggie tray also. All was ready when requested and quite fresh. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Only thing that could have made this better is if they’d fix an issue I perceive with the drive thru part. Most to near all subways don’t have one. So just having one is . Problem. It takes to make subs on the spot.
When I worked at a pizza hut with a drive thru, it was meant for only the order aheads. That way you don’t have someone pulling up ordering whatever yo take 10+ minutes then sitting there the whole time…. even if they still had a bit of ⏲️ remaining, we’d inform them to wait there but if a car pulled up behind them for them to please pull to a spot and we’d bring it to them so we could check what the next ♂️ ♂️were there for.
Bottom line, best for certain places to have them order aheads only
