My first purchase at Starbucks, ever. My wife and I had breakfast sandwiches and hot chocolate for a late lunch. Delicious sandwiches. Friendly service. I don’t drink coffee, but I will be back.

I have consistently encountered issues with the drink portion sizes during my orders. On multiple occasions, I have received drinks that are not filled to capacity, including one instance where the cup was only half full. When I pay for a beverage, I expect it to be served in full. This has been a disappointing experience for me. I hope to see improvements in this area.

The drinks are always great and the service is amazing too, but i guess they started implementing a new policy where on 50% off days and buy one get one free days everything has to be ordered through app now. Even though the Starbucks app clearly states you can ask a barista to apply the discount. I’m unable to order through the app due to my drink having a customization you can’t make on there, as well as the only payment it accepts is a Starbucks card where the minimum reload is $10. Doesn’t make much sense to spend $10 to be able to get a half off drink. My advice to Starbucks would be to remove the “or ask a barista” option if that’s not actually an option.

There are 6 people behind the counter but 1 doin register and 1 mixing the drinks. The rest??? Good question , standing around@
