I’m going out of my way to write this review because as a loyal customer or even a new customer you should expect the best customer service. I ordered on the app on my phone a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza which is default btw, you have to go out of your way to order a plain cheese pizza which I would never do. The pizza comes as plain cheese. This is a 20 dollar pizza plus delivery and tip my fee was over 50 dollars.
I call the store where the manager TALON CREST? Answers and tells me there’s nothing he can or will do to help me. Refuses to even try to send one out or let me exchange what I just ordered ( I would have gladly taken this one back and picked it up myself).
Good job talon, proving why Pizza Hut is the worst pace to order. Thanks. Next time I’ll try anything else.

The pizza, wings, pasta and breadsticks were amazing. It’s been such a long time since I’ve had pizza hut. We got the burnin’ hot Buffalo boneless wings. I thought they were fairly mild initially but drinking the sauce made definitely started some burn in my mouth. We did pick up and it was ready by the time we got there, I was surprised despite it being a big order.
I also found it quite amusing that my cat who always loves pasta didn’t want to eat the pasta.

Ordered some quick boneless wings and some bacon cheese bread. Order was done within 15 min. The woman at the register was so helpful & kind while I was ordering. The guy that handed us the order was so nice and helpful too. Loved the service here.

Food is consistently prepared well and as expected. Came by on Friday, 4/14/23, and they were slammed with orders continually coming in without any pause. Through all the stress, every staff member was kind, respectful, and made sure to help customers as fast as they were possibly able to. We look forward to more cheap and easy pizza nights from this location.

I haven’t personally been inside this Pizza Hut, I get Delivery. But if something goes wrong or if I have questions they are very courteous and helpful. I don’t mind calling this store because I know they will help me and not make excuses.
The only complaint I do have though is that the Grilled Chicken Pizza was very dry. I was not very happy. Also I ordered on the App I ordered Bread Sticks and for some reason it did not go through. I saw it at the Checkout and somewhere it got dropped. I also ordered 2 Ranch Dressings which I did get charged for but didn’t receive in my order for my Wings.
Disappointing order this time! This was my Granddaughters going away dinner to Pennsylvania and it all got skewered up from the start because the store did have Sauce for the Detroit Pizza which was the second time we were not able to order it!!

The local Pizza hut alleges that their order system is not coordinated with the website orders and therefore my order was sent 1 hour too early. When I tried to make changes, the manager was not having it and wanted to push the old pizza back to me. I wanted a fresh pizza but he was not happy and I asked for a refund. He agreed and hung up the call.
