We have been here a few times now and have had excellent service each time. I usually order the same country skillet, which is great. Others in my party have ordered different items each time and those have all been great as well. It’s a tiny place, so seating can be limited and crowded on weekends.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Gio’s Pancake House. The service was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, multiple orders came out wrong. When the food finally arrived, it was just okay at best—definitely not worth the wait.
The restaurant itself is very cramped, making it uncomfortable to sit and move around. The biggest issue, though, was the staff. The servers seemed untrained and disorganized, and everyone at our table received their food at completely different times, which made it impossible to eat together.
On top of all that, the service was unfriendly, and no effort was made to apologize or fix the mistakes. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made in service and organization.

We were in town couple of days for a wedding. Found Gio’s Pancake House while searching restaurants near me. They had great reviews and were close to where we stayed. We ordered 4 steak breakfast burritos and they were amazing! I figured 1 burrito for each one of us would work for breakfast. They were delicious and huge!!! We ended up having breakfast for 4 adults two days in a row!

This is a very small place. Servers are friendly and you seat yourself. French fries are really yummy. Got a monte Cristo sandwich and it wasn’t bad but it was missing something. I will come back and try the pancakes or breakfast sometime. The menu had several things crosses out but nothing that made me upset. I was surprised with doing burritos and tacos they didn’t offer any kind of sandwich wrap. But overall not a bad place and somewhere im willing to try again.

This a true “mom & pop” diner but let me tell you it was GREAT food !!!!! I had a chorizo and eggs traditional Mexican breakfast tasted just like homemade what I make. 10 Stars for that. Mexican rice was good too. My son had crepes and liked it too. Our waitress was really friendly and kept coming to check on us…never had to once ask for a refill on coffee or Cokes. I highly recommend, just know this is just a small little dinner nothing fancy but I’ll be back because I loved the food. Only open til 2 FYI.

I’m so glad we did! This is more than your “bacon, eggs and pancakes” breakfast restaurant. They offer a good selection of omelette and breakfast burritos as well as a good size lunch menu.
My wife tried the Gio’s Omelette and I had the Hawaiian Omelette. They are very big in size. If I had to guess, 4 eggs are used to make one. We enjoyed them and couldn’t finish so we were able to take the leftovers home for another meal.
The young lady who greeted us, told us to sit anywhere and kept filling our coffee mugs was very sweet and friendly.
Our server was also friendly and helpful with our decision in what we ordered.
If you haven’t tried Gio’s yet, I would recommend you do so. The food is reasonably priced and very good!

It’s soooooo gooooooood. Ususlly i dont like wet burrito. But this place was awesome.
I ordered steak burrito and my husband ordered the pancake and cheese omelet.
He also like this place. Mine was steak a lot. And rice also good. And price was both 9~10bucks. I probably visit to here one more. Ps. Pic was not perfact.sorry

This was our first time here. I would take down the “please wait to be seated” sign if we can sit wherever we want. The sign contradicts itself.
The sausage gravy-more like thick flour water with 2 pieces of ground sausage. Make it with flavor or take it off the menu.
