I was very surprised to see a very high 25% service charge attached to the final bill
Samosa chat was nice ,main dish eggplant was far too chilly and therefore I wasn’t really able to taste it.

Good North Indian food place.
Set menu is gives value for money.
Breads are soft, curries are good, chai is not so great.
Service is good, price is like any other Indian restaurant .
It’s bit difficult to locate, rely on Google map and look up for the board when you are about to reach.
Be mindful of the lift that takes you to the restaurant. Look out for lift that goes to Floor 1. One of the lift don’t stop at floor 1 .

Soup was a bit tasteless but otherwise flavours were good for other dishes. Portion of meat was not a lot but you did get a lot of rice. Samosa was tasty. Place is small and can get crammed when busy.
The lunch set was a good deal with soup , salad, snack and main and choice of rice/ naan.

We have been eating curry(Indian,Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian…) everywhere for years. By far,this is the best. Delicious from beginning to the end, mopped up every bowl and plate! Cancelled my planned trip to Singapore’s Little India(for curry).

Having patronised this Central Indian Restaurant since its opening we can very confidently say that they serve excellent meals at reasonable prices.
The owner & his family are excellent hosts & the same values are practiced by their staff as well.
They are one of those Indian restaurants known for excellent naans. They set-meal menu on the weekdays are worth trying especially the soup of the day.

The place is nice and basically one and only serving good Indian food in the locality. Food quality is good..tastya and is affordable as well. They average cost of one person to have 4 course meal ranges from 60-100 hkd which includes soup, starter and one main course with either nan or rice. Place is small and has around 8-10 tables. Staff is nice and humble.

It was bit difficult to find the restaurant as it is in the chueung building first floor .see pictures.. I had a set lunch there…and let me tell you it was best food I had in long time. The taste, quality and freshness was amazing. I ordered fish madrass very very nice gravy. The soup and samosa was nice too. The mango lassy was perfect not too sweet and not too thick. This had become my favorite Indian restaurant in central area. I am staying here for about 10days and definitely will eat here again. If you are indian you will love this cozy restaurant, and food.
