We went through the drive through today and Allison helped us with our order today. She chatted with us while we were waiting and was happily engaged in conversation. My daughter said she was the nicest Starbucks barista she has ever met!! Allison rocks !! I’ve been to this store numerous times and she is by far the most pleasant barista there!!

Shout out to the two girls handling the rush this morning. Super long lines but the girls were doing what they could to get the orders done. I wish I would’ve gotten their names but they did an excellent job being short staffed. If you are one of the girls reading this, great job and keep up the amazing work!

Newer staff, before closing time, slow and methodical making the drinks. Had to as for a scoop of ice to be added to my ‘hot’ flat white that was ordered over ice. Sticker was correct ‘Iced Flat White’. She offered to remake, I said dont bother just add a scoop full of ice. She scooped the ice then shook in about 4 pebbles, had have her sprinkle in ice 4 more times to get about a third of the scoop. Told her to just stop.

It’s starbees. It’s always good! Lol I’ve never had a bad anything there except people experience. But this starbees is always on top of it. Always fresh, always hot, and always good!

Both times I have ordered my drinks are wrong. My easy to make pink drink had lemonade aid in it , which I can’t have so I had to dump it. I understand u can get it with lemonade but that’s not what I ordered . The Apple cider I got the day before had no flavor and very watered down. Therefore I am just not impressed .
