Stopped here while driving through MF. Great breakfast burritos! Freshly made tortillas are soft and fluffy. I had one and it was so good I ordered another. This reminds me of the small family places I ate at while growing up in a small town.

We stopped in this morning for breakfast. The service was great the 2 girls up front were very helpful and the food portions was a really good size the gorditas were huge. For the price it’s very much worth it especially considering they make everything there. The salsa Verde is very spicy but flavorful. The only thing that was unfortunate was the coffee is self-serve and it was cold.

We visited Fredericksburg from Fort Worth, on our way back home we passed through Marble Falls in the morning and was craving for some good burritos (I’m from J-town) and found Pablitos, we gave it a try and they were fantastic, just like home… Burritos de carne asada, red pork, chicharron… delicious You have to visit them!!

EDIT: I finally tried their bacon, egg & cheese taco and it was ok. The tortilla is very thick and the eggs definitely overpower any bacon or cheese that was included. Also, I’m assuming no salt or pepper was added because there was no flavor.
This review is solely about the drive-thru experience, not the food. I came here because the line for McDonald’s was ridiculous. This popped up as the closest place so I waited in drive-thru five minutes only to get to the window and hear them say it would take 10 more minutes just to make one breakfast taco. I’m pressed for time so I thought it would be a pretty quick come and go like Taco Shack in Austin but I was obviously wrong. Apparently, they make all of the orders that are ahead of me first before getting my order. In other words, they are slower than most places.
I would like to try them again in the future since many others enjoyed the food, but it will have to be on a day when I’m not rushed for time.

The best in town!! We love their burritos, breakfast tacos, and entree plates. We haven’t found anything we don’t like… Growing up in Marble Falls, the go-to for tacos was always Super Taco. But, GO HERE INSTEAD. Pablitos has much better food, homemade tortillas that actually taste fresh, and the friendliest staff!

This is a tiny hole in the wall. It’s so worth the time. They make the tortillas by hand. The food reminded me of El Paso with a Chihuahua influence. There are only 6 or so tables and the staff is very attentive.
