Went during a busy time and used the app to order my food and have it delivered; it was great! I witnessed an shift supervisor commending a new employee and it was so heart-warming to hear that they rewarded his hard work with a complimentary meal and shake. I will continue to bring my business here as I see that they treat their employees well. Great job, chick fil a!!

If I could put ZERO stars I would’ve. Worst service ever. They take the longest. They have sloths for their employees. If you’re in a hurry, DO NOT go to the chic fil a in Donna. Soooo disappointed. They do not live up to the reputation of other chic fil a!!

Chick fil A never fails. I went for lunch and I really like the Christmas decor they had on display. The food was really good. But the service from Veronica was excellent. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with a smile on her face and always had a positive attitude. She even offered to throw out trash and get us refills. Shout out to Veronica!

nice little place, We went around 6pm and it was not really busy, there was few customers but others were starting to arrive. The food was served quickly and at a good temperature. There is a very small room for small children to play but it is rather small. The parking is free and I thought was plentiful with a few Handicap spots right by the entrance. There was a person who came by and asked if we needed anything to include getting a drink refill which was very helpful but did not go around too often.

The food was good but service was not good at all! We specifically requested all meals to be a large and a SPICY Original Sandwich as one of our entrees. They didn’t listen to us and made our fries medium and our drinks large. They also gave us an Original Chicken Sandwich. They didn’t repeat every item as preferred to customers. They charged me the difference from medium to large and original to spicy the only way they would fix it. Ridiculous! You were the ones that messed up I shouldn’t be paying more when that is what I ordered. Listening is one of the key components to customer service. Then they had a bit of an issue for us eating our messed up fries when we were hungry you cannot expect us to wait when we came here for food ! It will be my pleasure not to dine there again !

Every time I visit this Chick-fil-A, the employees are always so kind and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. The managers are also amazing very professional, helpful, and truly lead by example. You can tell they care about their team and the customers. Great service all around!
