The service is excellent. The drive-thru guy was actually Embarrassed to hand the smallest cup I’ve seen for $2.79 drink!!!???? Really Burger King! Of course it also matched the ridiculously small cheeseburger that was also $2.79!!!!???? So double-whammy!!!!
It’s been awhile since I had BK… it will be even longer now. Not that it tasted bad but portions versus price is outrageous!!!!

This is a fairly new location and when it first opened it was great. Last night I placed my order and was asked to go park. That usually wouldn’t be an issue but there was two workers outside 1 talking to a man in a white truck, the other may have been on break, there was a worker sitting on the bench or table by the door on his phone and another who was walking slowly around the dining area maybe just getting off break. The lady who took my order seemed to be working with 1 other person I saw. It’s important to have scheduled breaks and lunches to ensure you’re fully staffed to take care of the customers. I was told my food was being made fresh which the fries were but that chicken patty had to have been sitting there for a while.

Microwaved my cheeseburger instead of making fresh burgers so they were hot. Looks like they don’t check their temperatures on their meats if they have to microwave them to bring them back to temp. How long was that burger sitting there before it was brought back to temp? Managers excuse was that corporate said to microwave them to melt the cheese. On top of that there’s no way to get your money back if you order through the app. Only an automated response offering coupons. I won’t be returning.

This location has you sit at the ordering screen until they have 1 car at the drive thru so they can keep times down. This wouldn’t be a problem for them if they weren’t the slowest location in town. You’ll be waiting forever. A small drink is incredibly expensive too. Way too much to eat here

I stopped at the drive thru around 6:30 pm on September 18, 2025. As soon as I pulled up, Martin greeted me and apologized saying it was going to be a long wait because there were two large families that had walked in and they were short staffed. I ordered the crispy onion whopper meal. When I got to the window to pay, Martin apologized again for the wait, even though it was less than five minutes. I wasn’t mad. My food was hot and delicious.

This place is a joke. The last two times we have sat in the drive thru waiting for ever while they helped the other line. Then we moved over and they never said anything. It’s like they have 2 incompetent employees. Doesn’t take much to work in fast food apparently.

Went there this christmas day went in lobby to order cause drive through was packed, go inside there 10 employees doing door dash orders mean while mad lobby orders wait and hour to order and another hour to get our food I had to speak up and say something or we would never gotten my food not impressed with there services and no hair nets worn around food

Food tends to be close enough to what I order, several times though, will have gotten bacon (or god forbid the time I got jalapeno on a burger) while waiting a pretty hefty time at what seems like the slowest time.
Secondly, just today, overheard an argument with another customer that ended with the customer leaving because the staff were not knowledgeable or suited to deescalate the situation and couldn’t finish the order, then had the audacity to mock and ridicule them and past customers within earshot of the other patrons here (including me). suffice to say the whole team here needs fired and replaced with friendlier and better suited people.
