This place was simply amazing! I made the comment to the waiter that it felt out of place in such a small town since it was such a nice looking place. I definitely hope that they open up other locations!!
The Queso Blanco was amazing and it had meat in it as well!
The brisket enchiladas were great!

I had an incredible experience at this brand-new Mexican restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and made with fresh ingredients. Every dish tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared by the owner Diego!
The drinks were just as impressive, refreshing, creative, and perfectly balanced.
The atmosphere is beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of care into the interior design. It’s modern yet warm, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better.
Highly recommend checking this place out before the word gets out — it’s definitely going to become a local favorite

Everything was absolutely delicious! From the drinks to the queso and the food. The hospitality was outstanding, and the owner was very welcoming. Such a great experience overall. I will definitely be back soon!

The place was lovely, and the service was fantastic! I especially loved the dessert. However, the food wasn’t quite up to par. The red chilaquiles tasted more like tomato paste sauce, and with the rice, there was a strange aftertaste. It might have just been that day, but other than that, I’ll definitely go back and try another dish.

We asked for a Molcajete which in the menu explains more less the content of it.
At the moment that the waitress brought our order my wife noticed that something was missing so we ask the waitress and yes, she said it missing some of the main components of the molcajete plate. She said that they run out of that particular part of the plate. So they tried to hide the mistake or they truthfully did not noticed.
But still .
Then on top of that “mistake “ the beef and the chicken that supposedly come as main part of the molcajete plate. They were 4 very, very thin slices of beef and also 4 slices of chicken the same very, very thin. ( no more than four oz. Of beff and chicken. 2 big shrimps and some chorizo with cheese and very little veggies.
Very poor serving plate.
For the modest amount of 42 dlls.
That’s unarmed robbery .

Friends kept telling us how great this restaurant is. Tried it and it is every bit as good as they said and more. I had bacon wrapped shrimp with an amazing sauce and cilantro rice topped with fresh avocado. Fresh vegetables cooked perfectly with a very nice flavor. Must try!! Husband had tacos that were very good. The sangria swirl was amazing . Best ever. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. Service was spot on. Clean and classy atmosphere. So many things on menu to try so we will be back soon. A gem in the middle of a small town. What a find

I had the Mole Chicken Enchiladas with rice & charro beans, and yum! So amazing. We did not get dessert, but it was my first time so I asked the server what they had, they were kind enough to give us a small serving of the Gansito Ice cream and WOW! So good. I will be back!

I recently went to papa ds and over all had a great experience, the brisket queso was my top favorite. I definitely will consider this place if you’re looking for more of a Mexican cuisine I highly recommend this place. I also highly suggest for you to check out their Dj nights cause it’s a vibe and a whole experience, basically Dallas in Sanger

Let me start off by saying the service here is exceptional!!!! Overall, the plates we ordered were okay, not bad but not great. However, the dessert was amazing! You got to try the churro cheesecake!
