Would ANY holiday be a holuday without Honey Baked?? Im just glad they are STILL in Irondale and I dont have to go over the mountain like with Krispy Kreme! The prices have gone UP but the service is still good and the roasted turkey is GREAT

I went into the Crestwood Blvd store traveling from Atlanta. The rude cashier in which I overlooked was Faith. That should have been a warning. Purchased 1lb ham slices on 11/26 for today 11/28 and opened the $18.01marked package and I was sold ham pieces. No slices and no honey trim. Total ham shaving that you get from the end of the ham bone. So disappointing! The Crestwood Blvd store ripped me off! I am livid! Too much money to pay for such dishonest service.
Update: I responded to Alayna’s request to make contact. I have sent two emails and received no reply. This is just bad business. I thought the initial feedback from the business owner was sincere but now I realize it wasn’t. So disappointed to know Honeybake doesn’t care about providing customer satisfaction.

Chile the food here is so good. I’ve come here like twice in a week and I’m about to go back right now. Customer service is extremely friendly and attentive. I can tell they have a really great team back there. I can’t believe I gone my whole life without trying this place. Hickory honey mustard bomb!

The service was quick and organized. I went during the Thanksgiving holiday. The young man assisting the cashier, answered any questions I had and selected the perfect size ham for me. The ham was delicious and wrapped perfectly.

Left off part of my order. Had to drive 45 mins back the next day and they didn’t offer any sort of compensation. While they were nice and said “sorry” the level of service ddn’t match the amount you have to pay for their product.

I purchased a turkey cause my son don’t eat ham ,the only problem with the turkey was it had a sheet of glue on top not even on the slices my husband said it just had a plain taste to it ,it was not good ,I had it crack the glaze with a spoon to get some pieces with the turkey,

Was here working on their phone system. But the sandwiches looked awesome. The store was clean and smelled just like ham, and boy do I love ham. The customer service is excellent here and they are very friendly. I was gifted with a honey baked ham gift card guess where I am going very soon.
