I was very excited to hear about a Little Caesar’s opening up in Potsdam and I’m now excited to say I will not be going back. Do not go here if you value your time. We waited for a whole hour for 2 four slice deep dish pizzas. The manager was a particularly awful breed of human as she was attempting to give us the wrong order and tried to blame both my dad and I, because apparently waiting an hour isn’t long enough, and then tried to blame the two employees handling the cash wrap because being new is also somehow an offense. The manager shouldn’t blame it on the staff for not communicating with each other when they clearly were and were also trying to communicate with the manager. Apparently an order ticket was never printed. They ended up taking our receipt around the 50-55 minute mark and then we finally received our order. It was not at all hot when handed to us.
There was an odd mix of people ordering and receiving their orders immediately, and other people waiting for 40 to 60 minutes. We watched many people order after us and leave before us. My dad is 70, he could probably drop dead any minute and he had the misfortune of having an hour of his remaining life eaten up by the incompetence of the Little Caesar’s team. Plus, the weather turned while we were waiting and we ended up having to drive home in very dangerous conditions. If we had received our order in a reasonable time, that wouldn’t have been the case. And one of the slices was stuck to the cardboard upon opening. I hope the staff can find an efficient way to manage and take care of orders so people can get in and get out quicker.

Not a fan of how it’s set up, you have to go through the gas station instead of the front door. Then you order and wait for them to hand you your food. Then you have to go back and pay at the gas station. At least the Malone restaurant you can grab your own food right from the warmer in the gas station.

A shell of its former self, this “express” Little Caesar’s restaurant scam is not worth the trouble.
After downloading another arbitrary app, and having to set up yet another account to order food, you’re stuck going to order in person as this location is “express” for customer convenience, you can’t order ahead for pickup. I’m not going to sit and wait for 30 minutes while 1 underpaid employee has to make 20 pizzas by themselves. All while I can’t use any of the “deals” on the app to make it worth paying for.
How does the company prioritize a non-functioning app over the actual storefront for a franchise. We have gone so far backwards, it’s inside out.

Chalk this place as a HUGE NEGATIVE when compaired to the previous tenant – Kentucky Fried Chicken ! After much anticipation by the anxious public during the long protracted rollout , the results are sadly pathetic .
This is not what was needed , no interior physical improvements , demoralized new employees and most of all a very limited / stale not made fresh to order menu / megar lackluster ingredients / dirty walls and floors that are remnants of happier days at KFC !!!
If this is the business model Little Ceasars plans to expose to all new locations and the local consumers expected to subsidize them I strongly recommend they sign ONLY MONTH TO MONTH LEASES IN ALL OF THEM SINCE THEY WILL HAVE TO VACATE THEM OTHERWISE . WHAT A WASTE OF A GREAT LOCATION .
My suggestion to all demoralized patrons is to use 2 alternative means for a positive LOCAL experience :
1) First for those choosing to enjoy a real fresh hand made sit down dining experience visit either SERGI’S ITALIAN RESTAURANT OR PIZZA HUT , they are both right there on local Market Street – you will be greeted by happy local long term Waitstaff / CHOSE FROM A FULL – VARIED MENU / AND MOST OF ALL LEAVE FEELING FULL – NOT UPSET AND CHEATED BY EATING MORE WHOLE SUM FOOD MADE EXPRESSLY JUST FOR YOU !
2) IF #1 isn’t in your time frame I suggest you go down the road to the Walmart Super Center and purchase one of their Fresh Rotisserie Chickens , 2 Frozen Great Value Supreme Pizzas and 2 – 2 litre Sodas of your choice , take them to your Dorm or Home and have 6 people enjoy all that food for the same price Millie and I paid for that FIRST AND DEFINITELY LAST EXPERIENCE AT LITTLE JUNKEY CEASARS ! WE BOTH LEFT THERE VERY HUNGRY ( WE HAD BARELY TOUCHED ANYTHING ) , GAVE THE TRASH TO OUR LOCAL BIRDS WHEN WE ARRIVED BACK HOME BUT FIRST WENT TO SERGI’S ITALIAN RESTAURANT – TO OUR WELL KNOWN STAFF SERVERS AND RELIABLY GREAT FOOD FOR LITTLE MORE THAN WE PAID FOR THE DISASTER AT LITTLE JUNKS
