This was my first time visiting this food truck, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The food tasted just like authentic Thai cuisine from Thailand, full of flavor and prepared with care. There was a wide variety of menu options available, making it easy to find something for everyone.
I especially recommend the papaya salad, grilled chicken, and moo ping — each dish was delicious, well-seasoned, and satisfying. It’s always refreshing to find food that truly captures the authentic taste of home.
In addition to the great food, the owner provided excellent and friendly service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable.
This is definitely a place I would recommend to others, and I look forward to coming back again.

IKi is the best chicken rice place in all of Austin! I used to have chicken rice for breakfast when I’d wake up in Thailand, and this chicken rice from IKi transported me right back. The dish felt like a home cooked meal, and it was so yummy, warming, and cozy. The owners are also such sweet humans and I hope to see this food truck succeed for a long time! Can’t wait to come back soon to try the rest of the menu ☺️

This is our new favorite Thai restaurant! We had the shrimp dumplings, the khao mun kai yang, khao kha moo, and the som tum Isaan. Everything was incredible (that ginger rice with the hot broth on the side!!!) and this was probably the best som tum (green papaya salad) that I’ve tasted outside of Thailand. The owner was so friendly and the location is easy to get in and out of. I could eat here every day. Welcome to the east side!
