It was an average experience. Service was okay and not very friendly. My ice cream started melting, so I had to eat it quickly. Overall, it felt just average, and I’ll likely try a different location for a better experience.

I use to come to this location all the time. Recently the ice cream is always at a melting point so you have to eat it fast! I make an extra 30 minute drive to enjoy my cold stone at a different location.

Someone please help this location, smells like a rotting sewer as soon as you walk in. It made me dizzy and everyone walking in gets hit immediately. I had a bogo coupon and requested a large size for my free ice cream but was given a small? I understand you are busy but please don’t be so stingy with ingredients, this is what makes coldstone stand out from other ice cream places in the area. I lost my appetite from the smell. Please hire a plumber or someone that can fix this awful situation.

I have had several bad experiences with this Coldstone, but this last one broke the camel’s back. They have lost my family’s business.
I ordered their limited edition Choco tacos for delivery and when my delivery arrived, I had two empty waffle shells. If this was an isolated incident, it would be fine. However, I have had to drive to the shop three separate times after paying for delivery when they got my order wrong (First world problems aside, delivery fees are hefty and I only order delivery when it’s next to impossible to go directly to the shop). Once was after I ordered their non-dairy ice cream for a lactose intolerant family member and they sent regular ice cream. Another time, they left off part of my order.
I feel like keep giving them another chance and they mess up every time. The manager wouldn’t even come out of the back room to speak to me this last time. Poor service followed by even poorer customer service. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

I went in last night just before 8pm. And all I can say is, adult supervision is needed. How do I have to speak with three girls just trying to order? All of them got distracted by needing to put their jersey mikes order in and talking to the two boys and a girl present. They would greet me then trail off and start talking to their guests—literally all three females did this. I just wanted an expensive ice cream instead I was thrust into a high school hang out.

The ice cream was good as usual. Surprisingly bad service this Saturday 7/26. I expected the long line because it’s summer but the 4 people working there were friendly to each other, not the customers. Okay, whatever. But then we were handed our order and stood by the register with three other customers waiting to pay. One of the staff was not helping customers. So finally I said “can we please pay so we can leave?” You shouldn’t have to beg to give a company money. I usually tip extra when a place is super busy because I know they are working hard. No tip from me this time.

My family and I first started going to Cold Stone Creamery years ago when they first opened in Colorado.
As we’ve moved around over the years we would find our ways back to one.
The one thing I have found is that no matter where we would eat at one, the consistency of quality and service has always been excellent.
And that is certainly true of the Cold Stone at 7656 SW Nyberg St in Tualatin. The service and ice cream are great.
My favorite is Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and was wonderful here!
This was our first time at this location. Google Maps brought easily to the shopping center but it seems like the store’s sign is not too well lit so it took a second to locate the storefront.

Out of one flavor. Only 1 employee working, large serving plus large amount of mix-ins in our order was a nice bonus. Slight language barrier had to repeat things a few times. (Store was otherwise empty so not a volume issue)
