So delicious! Everyone was nice and welcoming. The young lady who took our order was very helpful by explaining all of the options and offering recommendations since it was our first time. My husband had quesadillas and a side of black beans, and I got a steak taco and al pastor taco also with a side of black beans. Delicious! Homemade and family business. Definitely coming back.

For $14-15, you will get 2 of the best quesadillas of your life, or 4 of the best street tacos I’ve ever had.
As delicious if not more delicious than the tacos I’ve had along the border in AZ, NM and TX.

Absolutely thrilled we picked this family owned AUTHENTIC Spanish restaurant! The Tostadas and Huaraches were FANTASTIC! Hand made corn tortillas and family recipe’s for Al Pastor. Definitely skip the chain restaurants for this true gem in Oxford, AL!

My husband and I love this restaurant! We tried it last night for the first time and are already back for lunch today! Not only is everything fresh, delicious, and authentic, the staff is so kind and welcoming. Just by talking with them you can tell they love what they do and the food they prepare. They came to our table, showed us photos of each item, talked through the menu, and made amazing recommendations!

I abandoned trying to be politically correct a long time ago, so here it goes. When you want true, authentic Mexican food, you generally won’t find it with a #13 on the menu. When you want true, authentic Mexican food, then go to a place where more than just the staff are Latino. In our case we were the only “white” customers there. Our waitress willing explained the menu (again, no #13 option) and WOW was it good. We pride ourselves on finding outstanding “hole in the wall” restaurants, and now we have a nearby Mexican restaurant to add to our list. 2 thumbs up… although I will caution you on the hot sauce (they bring 3 to the table). But as someone who loves spicy foods, the hottest sauce of the 3 will LIGHT YOU UP, so start slow, and enjoy actual Mexican cuisine for a change!

After sitting down and asking about chips and salsa we walked out the door when we were told they don’t serve them. Usual Mexican restaurant thing right? I love chips and salsa! That WAS one of my favorite things about eating Mexican!
The sweetest lady I have ever met came running after us asking why we were leaving. We politely explained why and she asked us to just try it their way. We went back in with her and I am so thankful we did!! She was right. Their way was the best way. We had Pastor tacos and the best chicken Taquitos I have ever had with the freshest of ingredients! I could eat my weight in the Pastor tacos alone with the green sauce.
When we left, I felt like I was leaving a family dinner. Hugs and thanks from the owner along with go plates.

This restaurant is amazing. The food is authentic Mexican like I have never had in our area. Jenny is unbelievable and gives the customers undivided attention and explains the menu options to ensure you get exactly what you want. The portions are large, service is amazing, and food was out fast. HIGHLY recommend!
