*EXTREMELY RUDE worker/possible hourly-shift manager STEPHANIE* This location has really gone downhill over the years. 01/27/2026 around 7:30 p.m. – I came to pick up my UberEats order, and once I started opening the bag to check my order, Stephanie yells across the restaurant, “Is there a reason why you’re opening that??”. I said “Yes, there is”. She looked so confused and then asked if it was mine. I said “YES, it is”.. She then rolls her eyes and says “It’s an Uber though”. To top it all off, it was perfect that I checked my bag. There was NO straw for my drink and NO fork for the Hershey Pie. She then proceeds to yell at one of the employees there about a phone call. Stephanie, get some more training on your job please. You need help understanding how the applications work apparently. Worst service I’ve ever had at this location and I’ve been visiting for almost 15 years.

They always have my food fresh and they accept EBT as well. This is a very good location and I would highly recommend. Something about the burgers and something about these chicken sandwiches and the duo deals they have, just hit the spot every single time. If you’re in North Peoria AZ,, and you are wanting some Burger King you should check out this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the closest burger king to our house so we come here probably at least once a month. My rating has changed over the visits but this is my final review. This place is inconsistent at best, but more often than not a bad experience. They often get the order wrong when I drive through, and today, when I ordered for delivery this is what I got for a “medium” and “large” fry. None fell out in the bag, this is just what they thought was adequate I guess??? I am done giving this location chances. I would rather drive or wait another 10-15 min to get food from another location than come back here ever again. At this point I just assume they have poor management and don’t really give a shit about what cooks are doing.

if zero stars was an option i would leave that. went to pick up my order and the cashier kept getting my name wrong and told me to come to the window. i do have a lisp but never not been understood when i come here until today. when i got there i saw his manager laughing in the front and i asked to talk to her. while he was scooping fries he was also laughing so i know they were making fun of me. he finally hands me the order and the manager refused to talk to me cause she couldn’t stop laughing at her cashier not being able to understand me. come to find out they also got my order wrong and refused to remake it. they have no respect for customers with disabilities and it is disgusting. i spoke to corporate and they said since it is a franchise, they have a right to not get back to me or help me and they also have the right to refuse service even if they were disrespectful to me.

Would not recommend to go on Sundays. One girl helping on the drive thru orders looked so lost. From the 20 min waiting from an online order she gots everyone’s order wrong. Then had an attitude cause the people complained about the order being wrong. Would recommend more training or get people who care.

The app is terrible. You can literally put in over half a dozen payment options and app will not process them. Easier to use McDonald’s or Carl’s Jr.

Came around 12 PM on a Thursday. There was a little wait, but everything was hot and fresh definitely worth the short wait time. Fries were crispy and hot. Not to mention, customer service was great.
