The order was all wrong and the burritos may have had a couple of teaspoons of meat (they
were supposed to be bean and cheese). They were smaller than a cheese rollup. I made pictures of them. What a joke. There were 4 people behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store so they were not bust and now I know why! We will not be back.

Well. My order was correct. The food was good for Taco Bell. The drive thru server sucked. I used the mobile app and pulled up to the speaker. I was greeted and asked if I would be using the mobile app. I responded in the affirmative and silence. After a few seconds I started to give my name, as the app says to do, and the male on the other side of the speaker asked what they could get started. I said Im picking up for…insert name…. and the voice confirmed and said to pull around. I pull up wait maybe 5 minutes give or take a few seconds. The window opens and a young man hands out the bag and says, “here” and closed the window. Didn’t ask if I wanted sauce. No greeting. Just, “here”. And there were no napkins in the bag (which apparently has become standard practice in fast food drive-ins)!!!!! This experience won’t stop me from visiting Taco Bell, maybe I won’t be back to this one but it just irked me enough to share this review because the attitude sucks!

Ordered two avocado chicken tacos, they gave me Chipotle and took one chicken strip and tore it into pieces and scattered it across both. I’m absolutely disgusted with the lack of quality and how I was treated when I presented the problem to the manager. Like, I don’t expect 5 star but I do expect what I order when I’m one of your best customers. Guess that won’t be the case anymore. I’ll start going elsewhere

So, just an hour ago I go through the drive thru and order a party pack of six crispy and six soft all no lettuce. (Repeated no lettuce) I get to the window and get my receipt
and don’t see a notation of no lettuce.
The person at the window was a young guy and no head set. Sounded like a woman That took my original order. I tell him about what I notice. He said okay walks to the back and comes back and says “they know”. A few minutes later he hands me my party pack and laugh as I say “no lettuce right?” He shakes his head. I pull out and stop and wouldn’t ya know it is now 12 hard crispy tacos and alllllll have lettuce.
The inside is closed so I pull back to the drive through and have to wait due to the dinner rush. Ten minutes later I’m at the window and the same kid looks at me and I tell him. “They all have lettuce and they’re all hard tacos. He says “do you want to keep them”? I explained I want my order. Then a large cook came up and said “you ain’t say no lettuce”. I was a little shocked. Even if I hadn’t, who says that. I reply with “well I did and six of them aren’t even soft tacos. He walks off and quickly returns. I get the party pack and check the first three that are made correctly and just assume the rest are. 25 minutes later I get home and after going through the first three, after dividing up amongst the family. We start noticng Attached picture. Not to mention still lettuce on a few of them. The remainder had about a quarter sized amount of meat. This is absolutely the worst experience I ever had with fast food. I attempted calling the store eight times using their listed number and no one had answered as of this review.
Stay away from this place. I’m pretty sure the manager was present as I saw her monitoring the interaction. I think she took the order even.

This Taco Bell in Edmond on Kelly next to Lowe’s is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. If you are going to go to one, this is the one to go to. You get what you want when you order it. It is Hot and Ready and everything is clean in-store and out.

We ordered 6 tacos along with other menu items and headed out of town to visit family. The smell was horrible when we opened the tacos. The shells were stale and one child bit into one before we could stop him. He was immediately gagging. Beyond disgusting to continue to sell the tacos, there is no way the employees didn’t notice the smell.

Ordered at the drive through. Pulled up, paid and was asked to park in the front to wait for the Nacho Fries in my order. After watching multiple cars leave the drive through and waiting 5-10 minutes, I went inside. Once inside, it took several minutes for someone in the back to ask what I needed. They clearly saw me. Several of them made eye contact with me. When I finally held up my receipt and said I needed my order someone came to help me. I told them I was still waiting for my drive through order. Come to find out, my order hadn’t even been started. After receiving my meal, I was missing the salsa only they can hand you from the back that I paid for. I stood at the counter and had to yell “Hello” multiple times to get someone to come out of the very back to give me the salsa. So my $22 meal took 30 minutes to receive. I do appreciate the politeness of the young man that did come from the back to help me and put my order together and who also apologized for the inconvenience.

Unbelievable. Go there and find out. My last review was deleted. It made a very serious point of mentioning this Taco Bell needs to have an audit. Do it right, or dont do it…

Just left drive thru. The guy forgot to put 3 missing items in the bag. He comes back to windows and asks what’s missing. I said 3 orders of cinnamon twists. The guy literally grabs the item and hands it to me out the window. Then I said “There should be 3” and he goes back, gets 2 more bags and proceeds to just hand me them from the window. He couldn’t even put it in a bag first. I have to hold the bag they just gave me out the window for him to put them in.
This is why people get mad at food service workers because what the hell is this??? You won’t see me here again.

Update: It’s a year later and they still don’t know how to properly make their food. Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other Taco Bell location but this one.
The food is good, but please for the love of god teach your employees how to properly make a burrito. I’m tired of having to eat them like this just to get a bit of everything. Every time I get one it’s beans in the top and then all the rice in the bottom.
