This is a place that is hidden in Stafford, I stopped due was visiting a friend there and recommend the store for pizza or grinders (sandwiches or subs).
When I arrived, it feels like a place to eat and hang around too, theres books and some items from local artists.
The attention was pretty friendly, the lady there explained how was the deal, and I ordered a traditional Italian grinder that was just amazing, I really like the bread, they put many many deli there and fresh veggies, I get river chips that are local or from CT but they have several options of chips. I miss trying the pizza, but the sandwich was really big, I couldn’t finished and Im a 210 pound and eat pretty well.
I do recommend this place 100%, come and visit and custom your order if you want to experience. Attention is spectacular.

This was a great find while passing through town. My guy and I were looking for a deli to grab some sodas chip and subs and snacks and 3js Deli and Market did not disappoint. The service was fast and prices were fair – for handmade food I’ll take it! The subs were delicious and I really put them to the test by ordering the tuna- it was fabulous! The bread was key. It was all around a great little spot to grab a bite and some snacks we even enjoyed our sandwiches outside at the table

Found it on Google maps and thought to try it. Ordered the chx Bacon ranch and a coke spent 20$. Wasn’t really blown away but they were quick and a smile on the face for customer service. I kinda wish it was toasted or pressed flat but I would come back to try something else.

Decided to take a lunch break with some friends at this location. When you enter, you will notice there is a lot of open space to eat and games to distract you while you wait on your order. The images of the menu are provided, but I was told the menu changes from time to time. I dislike that there are no prices on the menu. I ordered a garden salad with chicken and balsamic dressing for 11.99. My party got a roast beef wrap and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, which I believe was 8 to 9 dollars. My salad was fresh, and I heard the sandwich was good. The food they offer are pizza, sandwich, salad, gralic bread, pasta dishes, potatoes salad, cakes, etc. And I can’t forget their homemade ice cream. I have not tried it, but I will return to try it out. In addition, there are a variety of snacks and drinks for purchase.

Ordered a pizza and it was great, not too thin not too thick, tasty toppings. Couldn’t find prices listed anywhere, but a small is about $10 and large about $19, $1/topping. Large worth it for the size difference! Decent amount of sit down space inside too.

the food is INCREDIBLE. we got a small bbq chicken pizza, a large capicola and ham grinder, and one of their cookie monster cookies. the pizza has a great crunch and perfect balance of flavors. the large grinder was huge and so tasty. and their cookies/dessert? YUM. 100% recommend this small local place, thank you!!

Being from the New Haven and Fairfield County area, and moving up this way like 10 years ago, I haven’t seen many good Pizza places or Deli’s in the Ellington Area. The Pizza places around Ellington are usually the typical garbage prepackaged Greek Pizza which people in Ellington seem to love for some weird reason. The only good places are Papa T’s, Camille’s, Antonio’s by the Vernon Town Hall, and Bianna’s, I’ve found so far. I’ll put this place on that list too now. This Deli has that New Haven Pizzeria smell, and could hold its own against the New Haven and Fairfield County Delis and local Pizza Places. I would say it’s top tier. The staff are super friendly, and the food is always great, and the homemade Ice Cream is super delicious. The Vibe nice too, like a quiet, artisan Lakeside Vibe.
The food I thought was surprisingly cheap in price also. It felt like the prices were what I would pay 10 years ago. I highly recommend it, and hope the business has much success.
