Ordered online and the food was ready on time. The chicken was delicious and so were the sandwiches. I’d have given a higher rating except for :
We ordered the 16 piece 1/2 & 1/2 fried chicken. The chicken was good but it was all mixed together so you couldn’t tell which was which until you took a bite. Not good for kids who don’t like spicy.
Also, we ordered 4 gravy sides for $.99 each. They came in very very small plastic containers — nothing like the advertised picture. I measured and each container contained 1 Tbsp of gravy. The gravy was good but way overpriced for the amount received.

I have plenty of time to write this review as I’m doing it sitting outside the drive-through waiting for them to take my order. I have already been sitting here for 19 minutes and they keep saying give them another minute. It is 12:29 PM on a Saturday afternoon. This is absolute insanity. There is nobody inside and I’m the only car in the drive-through. I have no idea what they could possibly be doing in there.(Update spent a total of 1 hour and 3 min in the drive through getting a six piece chicken and a cheese curd. Watched a total of 8 cars pull off from the speaker after sitting for 10-20 mins) Mark my words, this location will not last longer than a year!!! Time will tell

This location is Nice and Super Clean.
The Food was Hot Fresh and Great, but that was due to the fact we waited forever. Apparently online orders drain them of all their Chicken. So the wait was extensive. We placed 2 orders one of us got the new wings… Highly recommended… especially the Cajun… the pickle glaze is ok.. thatorder took about 10 min. Not terrible. The second order was a 2 pc box… and they ran out of Chicken so much that the order was received 25 min in and they informed me they yet again ran out and asked If I wanted to substitute… so I did… The Chicken was excellent and they gave me a larger drink apologizing for the delay, But seriously how could the batch cooked not cover what was on the board for the last half hour… I don’t blame anyone but the dude cooking because that’s his job. They were moderately busy and everyone else was doing a great job. The young girl with dark hair was all over getting stuff done.
They have some great employees and made great food … all it took was one person today to make service stink.

Popeyes what is this? Absolutely disgusting. Maybe teach your employees to not be so lazy and careless. This isn’t even edible, even if I was to SCRAPE the mayo off.

Only writing a review because this has happened multiple times at this location. waited 20 minutes for my order (in the drive thru!) just to find out they messed up our wings and didn’t even give us the fried pickles. They didn’t tell us it was going to be a wait or else I would’ve have ordered wings knowing it would take so long. when the food finally came out it wasn’t even hot and very poorly put together.

Man every time I DoorDash an order from this location, my food is always fresh and still hot. Absolutely wonderful and kind staff. Shout out to Deb during the day who answered on 2/3 when I called to ask a question and shout out to the guy who answered the night of 2/2 about a small issue with an order. 10/10

Incorrect orders, stale fries, and long wait times (e.g. 15 min for wings) are commonplace. For example, I ordered 12 wings, but got the bacon chicken sandwich in the picture.

Ordered family meal with tenders, was told to park out front because the tenders would take a few minutes. After 20 minutes past, I went inside to see what the hold up was. Didn’t seem phased at all about the wait time, just got a response saying they’re waiting for the tenders to pop up. Waiting inside for another 5 minutes to get my order, total of 25 minutes. This was a Friday around 5:30pm, you’d think they would have their chicken ready to go. Not sure I’ll give them business again.

Wanted to give a shout out to the manager and workers that helped me out. I ordered 71$ worth of food for delivery through the app( the rewards system is great btw) when my “order” arrived it was completely wrong( someone else’s order) I called popeyes and they asked if I could come in. I didn’t want to come down there but I have a angry pregnant wife next to me so I obligated. They remade my food and informed me it was door dash (who they use for delivery) that messed up. I got fresh food made for me and I had my order refunded 100%. So im thankful to the workers there. NOT doordash they are terrible and mess up all the time.

At drive thru order taker skipped over me instead of another who arrived later. After giving order was told at the window fresh chicken would take 6 minutes and to wait out front. As time ticks by no order 10, 15, 20 minutes nothing. At 30 minutes I walked in and still no food even though 5 people working. I let the manager know how unhappy I was. Finally the after 35 minutes of waiting! Completely unacceptable! No wonder there are few customers at this business!
