Excellent menu selection and the service is fantastic. Small privately owned and operated establishment with great options to choose from. They have a small bar section off to the side of the dining area along with free pool tables while you wait for your food. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. If you haven’t already, goooooo!

My family and I tried this new place tonight. The atmosphere felt comfortable right away, nothing too fancy, but clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly.
My food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were solid too. Will definitely be back!

This place is an absolute gem! I’m in love with the food and the ladies running the place are the best. Very hospitable and the food…I’m stuffed, happy and my taste buds are on vacation. They have two pool tables and plenty of seating along with a nice brand new bar. They have reasonable prices especially for their portions. We will definitely be back!

While the entry is weird (empty room), the food here is fantastic! I went with a burger with unique toppings and corn w/jalapeños as a side (again, how often is something like that a side). The burger was perfect and delicious and the corn has a great smoky flavor with the peppers. The waitress was welcoming, friendly and on top of taking care of us. Great experience for an unassuming place!

Met friends here for lunch on a Sunday. We were worried as it was noon and we were the only ones there! But more customers came in soon! The service was prompt & friendly and the food was really good! Between the four of us we had their grilled chicken option which is nice rather than breaded, pulled pork, Philly cheese steak and a burger, all with their delicious fried potato slices! Their side salads are also good, with real bacon on them! With a little spiffing up to the entrance and lobby area, this restaurant appears to have a bright future! We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I, along with some friends had dinner here at Rissa’ today! We found the food absolutely delicious with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We found their food to be at a reasonably priced, and the building is very clean as well.
We definitely will be going back. I also recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends. Thank you for having a wonderful sit down place for family and friends to gather for a meal.

This place is absolutely amazing. Great food. You get your money’s worth. The atmosphere and the staff are all great people. Think this will be my favorite in Newport Tn.
