My mother and I came here for the first time and definitely enjoyed our visit. She got the pepperoni bread that was on lunch special with a fruit danish and chai latte. I ate the salmon toast (wasn’t a fan of the dill on it though), a sticky Cinnabon and an iced chai latte. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was 100% amazing! I spent around $45 including tip. Pretty reasonable! It’s so beautiful inside as well and the decor is very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Food and coffee were excellent. I enjoyed a delicious pastry and a generous slice of quiche with accompanying salad in a charming café setting. Have loved their breads for many years now.

Who got the turkey sandwich. The flavor was good but it would have been better if the bread was toasted on the outside. The biggest issue with it would you pay $16 for about 3 oz of Turkey and the rest of the sandwich toppings on it did not at all seem worth the money.

Mediterra Cafe is truly a gem!
✅️The decoration is tastefully done,
✅️The croissants are exceptional, flaky, and buttery, a must-try for any pastry lover.
✅️A variety of artisan breads and specialty coffee brews are also available
✨️The atmosphere of the shop is warm and welcoming, but unfortunately, the people and energy don’t quite match that vibe. It feels like there’s a disconnect between the inviting decor and the overall experience..
**It is a counter service cafe **

The food and coffee are amazing! And the atmosphere is so warm and relaxing. I love that they have extensive bakery and cheese counters, as well. Will be back again and again, I’m sure. 5 stars!

They do not allow you to change any items on their sandwiches. They say they are fresh made but that doesn’t match with their policy. I had an apple pastry and there was not a hint of fresh fruit. They used apple flavoring instead of developing a more robust flavoring with actual apple. The atmosphere inside is nice, but the items I have sampled do not measure up.

Lunch with a dear friend at Mediterra was a delightful experience. I ordered the turkey sandwich—house-brined and slow-roasted turkey layered with creamy Havarti, zhoug (a vibrant, spicy cilantro sauce), lemon aioli, fresh tomato, and mesclun greens, all tucked into hearty Heartland grain bread. The sandwich was outstanding. The zhoug added a bold, herbal kick that was beautifully balanced by the bright, tangy lemon aioli—I couldn’t get enough!
To drink, I chose the honey rose specialty latte. It was subtly sweet, delicately floral, and incredibly satisfying.
My friend opted for the shakshuka—simmered spiced tomatoes with braised eggs and fresh herbs, served alongside crusty slices of baguette. She found it perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and loved every bite. We look forward to returning.

This is the best of everything! If you think you know coffee, come here and be amazed. If you think you know bakeries and delis, I’m sure this place will change your mind. The only down side is that once you eat here, your bar will be lifted so high that your second favorite coffee shop/deli/bakery won’t even register. Come here and have your mind blown with flavor and quality

Great atmosphere! Didn’t have the greatest experience the first couple of times but it seems as though some staff changes have resulted in better service. Love their coffee!

Disappointing First Visit. I had high hopes for this place and even planned to order Thanksgiving dinner from them. Unfortunately, my first visit was a big letdown. The quiches we ordered were lukewarm and soggy — very mediocre, and I only finished because we were hungry. Nof to mention it took 20 plus minutes to serve them. The service was poor as well, which made the experience even more disappointing. We ended up leaving and going to Generosta for coffee and dessert instead.
