I’ve ordered from here a lot. I love the food from Jimmy Johns. Unfortunately, I think a number of employees were hired who don’t care about the quality of their sandwiches. A number of times now, maybe 1/4th of my orders, there have been missing ingredients or extra ingredients added that were requested to not be included. I have called once about this issue, but it has continued. As much as I love the food here and want to recommend this establishment, I would generally recommend getting a good sandwich elsewhere.

Very Pleased!! Convenient location. Stopped in after I was done tanning. Nice place. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. Happy team members, so it seems like a decent work environment. My order was a bit complicated but they managed well, and made it perfect. No complaints. Little to no wait time, and bread was super fresh and soft. Delicious I’m happy.

I ordered a Pepe little John earlier today and I was giving spoiled cheese. Im not on the way to the emergency room because I’m sure it’s food poisoning. I know because everytime i vomit, it’s nothin but brown and white cheese coming up ajd my mouth has the spoiled taste.

This was the second chance that everyone deserves. It says certified training store on the front and I’m not quite sure if it is supposed to mean they have good quality sandwiches or that trainees are making the food. We won’t return to this location.

The service was outstanding. I went there a little later than expected and the employees working catered to our every need. Coming from a background in the food industry I was weary of stopping in so late but they did a wonderful job. Between the customer service, to the great food we will definitely continue to go to this jimmy John’s. Thank you Viliami, Lydia, Nathanial, and James for making our experience the best. Somebody needs to teach someone how to make the Vito. It’s my favorite sandwich but tonight it was all wrong. Got delivery and that was fine, but sandwich had one piece of tomatoe and hardly any meat and not even all the right meat and had jalapeños and the Vito shouldn’t have jalapeños. My boyfriend ordered online. What a disappointment and this is the 2nd time the Vito sandwich has been wrong. So maybe someone needs to teach whoever makes it wrong. I love Jimmy John’s and will try again! Please and thanks!

I always love Jimmy John’s! chicken bacon ranch sandwich was really good! The only thing is I had ordered online before and someone stole my order. They did remake the sandwich but maybe a better way for online orders so no one just walks in and grabs your order
