I will never go back to this establishment! A Caucasian male employee working at this location accused me of theft/fraud, raised his voice, refused to give his name, the store location, number to corporate and cursed/used profanity directed at me, and when I asked for a manager and number to corporate yesterday he decided he was going to pull out his phone and video record me though I hadn’t yelled, cursed, behaved as he did or stooped to his level. He did all this while on the phone with his manager. As a person of color to have experienced such treatment for no good reason is crazy. The sandwich had banana peppers on it which I did not ask for. I asked them to remake the sandwich which was from the proceeding day. The staff questioned why I didn’t bring it back the same day, and I informed them that I was at work from 2 to midnight. I hadn’t even taken so much as a bite from the sandwich. I’m not asking for the individual to be fired, but corrective action needs to flow. Customer service in our area (the hood) has to improve. That young man needs to learn that it’s not alright to treat people as though they are beneath you. I left a complaint with subway online, and nobody has returned my call. Corporate call me ASAP.

I’ll never support this business. I happened to be next door and had to use the bathroom so I went to this subway to use the bathroom. I asked the worker to use the bathroom and he said that I have to buy a sandwich however I told him I would buy a drink just to be able to use the bathroom and was told “No” I needed to buy a sandwich which is ridiculous. Even if I did decide I wanted a sandwich in the future while I’m in the area it definitely wouldn’t be from them!….not to mention the worker was kind of rude.

Closed lobby at 5:30p, no sign no notice. I wouldn’t have gotten food here if I’d known. I’d planned to sit til my meeting. To add insult to injury the chicken was still partially frozen and the soda was flat. I ate on the stoop because there wasn’t anywhere else to go that I had time to at that point. And I could’ve taken the food back but then I wouldn’t have had time to eat. So it was eat or don’t eat and be hungry in my meeting.

Zero stars honestly. Got a pepperoni and roast beef sandwich, thats it. It ended up being 20$ for a flat sandwich. Not to mention workers were rude and snappy and asked for a specific tip. Even after i paid for my food it sat there while they were attending other customers. Like i said my sandwich was very flat but did taste good, but not 20$ good. Will not be coming back to this location.

0 stars because I just needed to use the restroom here. They required me to buy something which is not the issue, that is understandable and I don’t blame them for that because many businesses do the same. It’s the fact that I’m buying something in order to just use the restroom and they come and knock on the door every 2 minutes while you’re LITERALLY IN THE PRIVACY OF A BATHROOM! I figured buying something to be able to use the restroom would at least give me the privacy and respect of allowing me to do my business. Never in my life have I had employees of a business knock on the bathroom door every 2-3 minutes while I’m literally doing my business.

Never again will I pay 13.96 for a 6 inch and medium fountain drink. Not only are prices 5x from their “5 dollar foot long” days but the portions are cut in half. It just isn’t worth it anymore. The owners know this and they choose to get over on people

I appreciated their efforts to meet my dietary needs! (Other Subways have been unwilling to accommodate customers’ dietary needs such as gluten allergy without charging more.) The front door is confusing though because it’s locked even when they are open. There’s no sign letting you know that you have to wait for them to let you in.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot. They have half the normal menu, wouldn’t sub meats for me which is CRAZY, my bread was stale and my friends was undercooked and soggy. I hate being a pain and I feel like I was a little rude but they need to get it together. How can you mess up a subway sandwich?!? They can.
